Dr is amazing, I really like her a lot. Her staff though can improve. They don't answer the phone, return calls. I know they are busy but I've been trying to get in touch for a week!

You can not get anyone in their office to order the refill for you.

Yes! Dr. Alexander Tiliakos is a wonderful, caring doctor. She is very knowledgeable. She treats me for FMF, a rare genetic disorder, and has helped me so much over the years. Whereas I used to have flare ups 3 -4 times a year, I now only have flare ups every 3 or 4 years. I can't thank her enough for how much she has changed my life for the better.

Dr Alexandra Tiliakos is absolutely amazing! She has really gone above in beyond for me with my treatments. She helped me when I lost my insurance to get patient assistance to be able to get my meds free. I am so thankful for her and her staff.
