Doctor Patel and other doctors are great.

DONT GO DONT GO DONT GO DONT GOI have lived with CRPS for over 7 years and use to see a wonderful doctor Dr. Macneill. Sadly he retired and I had to move to another pain doctor. Wish I read the reviews before hand.NP was so rude and inconsiderate. I wont go into detail but Im never going back. Only saw the doctor for 3 minutes my fist visit and havent seen him since.

Worst front desk staff ever.. rude.. if you have any self respect and want to be treated like a human... find another place.Tons of reviews just like mine wish I had listened to the others and not thought I’d have a different experience.Waited 1.5hrs to see a doctor... this is a pain center.. guess they don’t realize people in the waiting room are in pain and sitting an hour and a half isn’t very good

Way to waste peoples time....1st of all our appointment was at 1230 we were told to arrive 15 min early for paperwork. All the the needed paperwork was filled out prior to arriving for our appointment. 1 hr past appointment time we were told only the patient would be allowed back to discuss recommended course of action even though we reached out in advance to verify this would not be the case. End result they wasted over an hr my time for no reason left hand doesnt know what the right is doing.

Look at all the bad reviews here and beware The results of my procedure were good but the experience was awful. First one of the technicians insulted me to the other medical staff for having the procedure with sedation while I’m sitting right there listening to him. I kept me mouth shut because I didn’t want to argue with someone who does not have my best interest in mind while I’m under sedation. The doctor authorized sedation because I had recently been through multiple extremely painful tests.Following that they billed my insurance incorrectly multiple times and its taken me 9 months to get to the point where I’m now paying for services they told me repeatedly not to pay but they wont correct the billing system. The last billing person I spoke to apologized for the inconvenience told me not to pay the bill and two seconds later wrote in the comments of our call that I did owe the money. If you want to live a nightmare this is the place to go. You have plenty of choices when it comes to providers. Buyer beware

Dr. Patel and the staff are all very friendly. THe only complaint is the anesthesiologist did not listen to my concerns. I told her the medication was hurting and burning really bad. She continued to push the drug anyway. Once in recovery the nurse quickly pulled out the IV catheter and put on a bad aid. When I got home and removed the bandaid there was a HUGE hematoma when the drug had leaked into the tissue. I am a medical professional and know that was incorrect. Once I applied Ice it helped and am now left with a quarter size bruise. PLEASE listen to your patients. I have been in the medical field longer than that lady has been alive so please be careful. Thanks. She was really nice though just did not listen to me.

I have severe back pain and have to go but I am convinced I am being over billed with charges to me as well as my insurance.

I very highly recommend Dr Preetesh Patel. Ive had chronic back pain for decades. Ive seen numerous orthopedics and neurologists through the years with only surgery or pain meds to lessen the pain. Now with the opioid crisis Ive had nothing for pain for the last couple of years. Only hand fulls of OTC pain meds. I was in tears daily. Living on cereal since it was too much to cook a meal. My house and yard was a mess. Barely making enough money to hang on to my house. I had hit rock bottom. Dr Patel has given me my life back following the RFA he performed. There is no way I can ever repay him for his abilities. Ill never be pain free but now I can say I have a backache instead of excruciating pain. Im so excited to actually feel like living againThe facility is ran professionally with very little wait time. The staff is friendly and professional. I cant say enough to express my gratitude for everyone there.

Four times the cost $20000 for 5 minute spine epidural procedure as other providers close by. I have never spoken to a live person the first time I call. Last week the voicemail of the Billings Department was full and this week it is over 48 hours and i still do not have a return call from a Patient Advocate for their billing error.

I used to work with Robins husband that check neck he was a good Feller to work for if she is a very friendly lady to to have as a boss thank you
