The technician did a good job since she was the only one working. Had lot's of clients and was kept busy but she maintained her composure and was friendly and professional. My test results somehow did not appear so I left a message and she called me with the results, which was greatly appreciated.

There was a bit of a mixup with the online scheduling system, however the nurse/technician was stellar! She was obviously juggling a lot of responsibilities, but she was patient, professional, and accommodating. When I had to call back a few days later to get the amount I was charged corrected, she remembered who I was and resolved the payment issue that same day.
