The new dentist at this location, Dr. Martinez, was amazing today. My 6 year old was very anxious and the dentist and her assistant gave only patient, kind, and compassionate responses.

Dentistry for children - Roswell did an amazing job, my daughter is usually really nervous with x-rays and with her cleanings but everyone was so sweet she forgot about being at the dentist. Props to everyone!!

Excellent practice!!! I highly recommend Dr. Lisa and the whole staff!! My daughter has been attending it 3 years and we've always had a great experience. The staff is always courteous, professional, and very accommodating. We will continue to use it as long as we live in the area.

I’ve been coming to this dental office for about 15 years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. The entire team is always kind, friendly, and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. What really stands out to me is how great they are with kids—all of my children actually enjoy coming to the dentist, which says so much. They make everyone feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease every single time. After all these years, I wouldn’t trust our smiles to anyone else. Highly recommend!

Took my son to the dentist and somehow left with no tears—so that alone deserves 5 stars. Eli the hygienist was amazing and so patient with my kiddo, Dr. Lisa was amazing, super kind and thorough, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense (which I appreciate as a mom!) And a special shoutout to Yajaira, who was incredibly friendly and attentive and helped keep the visit smooth and stress-free. Honestly, the trio made a dentist visit feel way less stressful than expected. If your kid hates the dentist, this is the place. Highly recommend! 🦷✨

Amazing office!!! The staff is all so sweet and accommodating. i Didnt have to wait too long & got the best cleaning ever. Dr Akbar was very thorough and kind. Will be coming back

The service at this place is very good; the receptionist is very friendly, and there's excellent communication with the doctors. The only downside we noticed is that the areas look a bit run-down and dirty. If they improved these small details, the experience at this place would be much better.

After having made an appointment for my daughter to have a procedure done (frenectomy) they pushed the responsibility on me to make sure the prior authorization went through. After claiming to not be able to find it by the prior authorization approval number (communicated through me) they asked for a physical approval letter - which was also communicated through me from Amerigroup that it was mailed out October 29th. After waiting for a call back, two days before the surgery they informed me that they did not receive the letter and that I needed to contact the insurance company again to have another copy of the letter sent. Amerigroup denied the request ONCE AGAIN COMMUNICATED BY ME, and said that they needed to call the PROVIDER NUMBER for a verbal approval. I find it very disturbing that this office chose to push this responsibility on me several times and refused to call for the verbal approval from the start. I was hopeful that Dr. Lisa would perform the surgery as I have read from former reviews that she is great. The fillings my daughter received this last time were painful for her (the one time I didn’t go to the back with her) she said she overheard one of the dental assistants explain she had never done this before. And then proceeded to tell me they were ordering Starbucks and rushing her fillings so they could go to lunch… she came to tears in the car ride home because she was hurting so bad…I do not recommend this place, and highly encourage you to go to the back with your child/children to make sure everything is done in a professional manner. Needless to say these are all red flags that I should not have ignored - after them explaining if they did not receive the letter of approval that I would be entitled to pay for the surgery in full. YOU HAD ONE JOB!
