I was billed for 500 dollars before my procedure was done. Because of this my insurance company will not apply this amount toward my yearly out of pocket expenses. In addition I am being told I owe another 544 dollars. But no one can document for me what the original 500 dollars I paid was actually for. Because once it is paid it disappears out of their billing system is what I was told. This means I have yet another 500 dollars I have to pay before I reach my out of pocket limit. This is messed up to do to people who are sick. The doctors are great but their billing department is messed up and they seem really unwilling to provide actual line item documentation for where my initial payment went other than telling me “towards the total”. So no matter how sick I get I will not be able to go to the doctor for my GI issues anymore. To say I am unhappy is an understatement.

Dr. Patel and his staff are friendly caring and most importantly effective. I have been worried about some stomach issues recently and knew I had to see a GI doctor. Dr. Patel put my mind at ease.

First time at this practice. Covid precautions in full effect very clean extremely friendlyhelpful staff. Dr.Patel had a calming presence easy to talk to and had a clear plan of action. Happy this was where my GP referred me.

This is the worst office I have ever seen in my life. My husband has SEVERE Crohn’s disease and just got out of the hospital last week. Wouldn’t schedule him for an appt until a week later. They refused him today 1021 for his appt for being 10 minutes late due to an accident on I75. Refused him at his rescheduled appt today 1021 due to having a “fever”. If these dumbasses knew anything they would know that his fever is NOT FROM COVID it is from his abscess that they won’t treat and is causing more of an infection than it already has which put him in the hospital for a week. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE AT ANY OF THEIT LOCATIONS. THEY WILL NOT TREAT YOU AND DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU. Dr. Harkins doesn’t even have the decency to call his surgeons at the hospital with her plan of care for him so they know how to treat him at hospital. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS. THERE IS A REASON THEY HAVE A 2 star rating.
