Health Choice Roswell's Online Review Report Card

Very friendly and professional staff. The doctor was thorough and kind in examining my 90 year old husband who has dementia. They did a chest X-ray and a Covid test. So she knew what was happening. I would highly recommend Health Choice in Roswell.

Customer service is EVERYTHING and is what most people will remember when considering revisiting any establishment. It was clear that the ladies, at the front desk, were busy but I was promptly greeted by both ladies, my presence was acknowledged, which means I didn't have to stand there for 5 minutes waiting for them to even acknowledge that I was there. The registration process was thoroughly explained and not assumed that I already knew how they did things. The wait time was resonable and I was in and out quickly. The nurse/medical assistant was friendly and knew her stuff! She even called me later that evening to follow-up on my test results!! I will recommend this facility and will utilize them for my urgent care needs in the future!

While I waited with my sick child, at one of the few places outside of the ER willing to test children that are sick for Covid, I saw a woman come in and yell at the nurses for not testing her healthy child so she could go back to school. They tried over and over to explain to her that this was an urgent care for sick people and they would only test sick people. These poor people are working literally surrounded by Covid positive patients all day long. Please be kind.

We visited Health Choice Roswell for Covid tests needed for international travel.  We had and paid for the tests but never received the results and had to change our plans and use another provider who was able to test and provide results within the hour.  Heath Choice Urgent Care Roswell was a total disaster!

There seem to be a lot of mixed reviews on this facility and staff and doctors. I might have been lucky as the staff were really nice to me at my most recent visit and so was my doctor, Dr. Stephen.Very accommodating and clean facility. I forgot my cellphone and they were nice enough to have me fill out a paper version of the form that would have otherwise been done on my mobile device. There are lots of signs around the facility that show the services offered and the different prices that go a long with that. Staff and doctor were really nice and friendly. I felt comfortable. I didn't feel rushed and felt like they were genuinely concerned. I have used them in the past and would continue to go there for any future urgent care needs. The reason I chose to go to them was due to their hours of operation. It says they are open until 8pm. Compared to other urgent cares around the area, they were the only ones that stayed open the latest and that's a good convenience especially for people that plan on going after work. Note: Masks are required and only the actual patient can be in the facility, no family members or friends that aren't sick are allowed not even in the waiting area.

Their check in and appointment making system makes getting in and out a breeze! This is our second time here and appreciate their care. Dr. STEVE has wonderful bedside manner, listens and was so gentle with my son.

Just a plain unenjoyable experience. The facilities were nice and clean but the staff were unhelpful and rude to several patients who asked for help signing in. While convenient the phone sign in process isn't intuitive and is the only way to sign in. For elderly/disabled patients this methodology is difficult to navigate, especially in an urgent care situation.My largest grievance is the fact that they mixed up my lab work and I had to go to a different facility to get it redone.

The young gentleman ( long dreads) who was assisting me with my pre-employment UA was so kind of the phone the night before and also was so professional and kind the day of my walk in appt. Br was patient and kind!! Very professional!!
