Love Dr J and his team. They Rock!!!! front office staff is quick, efficient and very friendly. Dr Patel takes time to listen to what we are saying before he rushes into a diagnosis and that is wonderful. i am doing so much better since i started being treated here- this team is the best! special shout out to Sylvia at the infusion center- shes amazingly good. highly recommend this hospital

Staff needs better training to deal with patients and Doctor to spend some time as well. Good to see Office Manager stepping up to fix issues. Let's hope this facility provides better experience in future

I’m so glad we found this office, my elderly mom suffers joint pain, the Doctor made sure to understand the pain and her overall health to make sure to give the right treatment, they all are so understanding and nice! Jorge was of great help since my mom doesn’t speak English, he translated to her; Thanks everyone!! *Nice, clean and quite office, good accommodations for handicap vehicles

Dr. Patel half listens and does want he wants (Rx, injections are his speciality). What happened to Dr.’s knowing their craft and field of study using all treatments available? DONE with Dr. Patel and would not recommend d him.

I absolutely love Dr Patel and his practice. Additionally Stephanie, his nurse, is always available and helpful. They have gone above and beyond in their care for me.

Update: It’s been seven years now and I still feel the same about Dr. Patel and his staff! After four years of service from Arthritis & Rheumatology in Roswell, GA, I am inclined to consider this facility to be the best specialty physician's​ office I have ever received services from. It was here that Dr. Jatin Patel diagnosed me with Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA), after my primary physician and an orthopedic surgeon could not figure out my foot/ankle pain. I had been experiencing limited mobility for at least 2 years and I was so grateful to find at least a reason for my pain. Dr. Patel was able to diagnose me and facilitate appropriate care that has given me my mobility back. My care includes monthly infusions, intra-articular injections and follow up visits with the most delightful staff. Phil greets me by name when I walk in the office, Tabitha and Lisa take care to pamper me in the infusion room, and Dr. Patel's medical assistant, Stephanie, has walked me through numerous injections with professionalism and sincere concern. I travel an hour from home for this stellar care, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jatin Patel to anyone in search of a Rheumatologist in the Atlanta area.

I was referred to Dr. Patel by my former doctor at Kaiser. I have had two appointments with him, and both appointments have been all I could ask for. He listens and is well informed, and I feel he is doing all he can possibly do to help me health wise. He is also very kind. I am glad he is my doctor.

Dr Patel has treated me several times for Knee pain and swelling caused by torn cartilage. The office runs on time and the treatment is first class. I had this problem for many years but this was the best treatment I've experienced

The doctors are amazing, however the office staff are HORRIBLE at the Alpharetta location!!!!!!! The staff does not relay messages to the doctor, the staff does not call back as promised, the phone constantly rings and when you leave a message your call is returned 60 hours later or either the mailbox is full due to lazy staff. The manager over the staff only apologize for "your inconvenience" but never corrects the problem with the staff!!!!
