I love Dr Mitzi Morris and her staff! I Had an appointment at her office today and a piece of an old crown / my upper Front tooth chipped right off! It looked awful! When Dr Morris came in to check my teeth after my cleaning she saw my front tooth and was very kind to fix it for me very quickly even though she was very busy today!! I was very grateful for that because we are leaving for a vacation next Wednesday and now I can smile again!!When I get back from our trip Dr. Morris will replace that crown and the crown next to it. Completely messed up my teeth, I am unable to chew on the right side of my mouth. I came in and Dr Morris said that my previous fillings looked bad so we needed to refill them. Those fillings (that a previous dentist did) were not causing me issues at all. After she redid the fillings that’s when all my pain started. I couldn’t chew on the right side of my mouth so they had to redo one of the fillings AGAIN and then it went away for about 4 days and then the pain started again. Not to mention when they filled my top molar they put a numbing shot AT THE ROOF OF MY MOUTH! I have never ever had that before and i have had multiple fillings in my life. I just went to another dentist and they said that her fillings she did does not look good and he is going to redo it. I asked him if he’s going to put a numbing shot at the top of my mouth and he looked confused on why i even asked that. He said that is very “old school” and there are plenty of better ways to numb the top. All of this to say, this has cost me a lot of extra pain and money that i could have avoided by not going to this practice. Still dealing with the pain 6 months later, hoping it was still “healing” but nope, just a terrible filling done.
This practice had a lot of promise when I first arrived for an emergency dental appointment as one of the receptionists (I cannot remember her name but she was a younger woman) was extremely professional, kind, and empathetic. It put me at ease at first as I was already under a high amount of distress and in a lot of pain due to my dental emergency. However, I was disappointed and felt very judged and chastised from the ones I was trusting to care for me and my medical needs. The dental assistant and Dr. Mitzi were not nearly as sensitive or empathetic as I’d expected and had some very judgmental statements said to myself and my partner who was there to support me through my dental anxiety. Instead of meeting me where I was at, I was given very generic dental advice (“just remember it’s important to brush and floss and to come in sooner before it becomes an emergency!”) when all I needed was some empathy, compassion, and focus on the actual problem I came in for. She made several comments about how I was too young to have some of the issues I came in with (which were also unrelated to what I made my appointment for) and also judged me on some of my necessary medical equipment I needed to breath and have healthy sleep (I.e. a CPAP). As someone who worked hard to escape homelessness, my teeth and body aren’t in the best condition due to my socioeconomic situation of times past and not being able to afford preventative dental care or regular medical appointments. You never know what someone’s story is, and to someone who already has some dental trauma from childhood and dreading this needed appointment, it was very discouraging to hear this from someone in their care as a patient. Suffice to say, I won’t be returning to this practice and hope this review can be used as a learning experience to the providers to help improve professionalism and understanding of clients who may have had a rough past with dental health. I hope that this practice as a whole can take some sort of trauma informed continuing education trainings so future patients can have a better experience than I did. Two stars instead of one only because of the amazing receptionist who showed me kindness and respect.
Top notch dental care. Excellent staff and facilities
Very professional and an overall pleasant experience. I was looking for a new dentist after my previous one retired and Dr. Morris was an excellent find.
Up to date tech and consistently compassionate care from all the staff. I'm a long time patient.
Our appointments were right on time and very professional. The hygienist was very gentle. The offices are beautifully designed.
We have an array of needs in our family from basic cleanings and X-rays to bonding , bridges and crowns. Dr Morris is understanding, personable and caring. She makes you feel like you’re not just another patient. Highly recommend!
I’ve been going to Dr. Morris for over 20 years. I’ve always been treated with kindness and professionalism. Would highly recommend her practice.
Dr Morris and her staff are excellent! I’m extremely nervous at the dentist due to previous bad experiences. Once I found Dr Morris my nerves are gone!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
