The front office staff needs to be changed. Their lack of transparency and professionalism is a downfall to the practice. Getting any sort of price transparency for any type of procedures is nearly impossible. They hide behind the "that's internal information" and proceeds to block patients from getting any type of price transparency. Billing dept basically jacks everything up. The entire process is essentially bait, switch, and price gouging.

Dr. Sunkireddy was a pleasure to meet and have as my new doctor. I have total trust in her; she is extremely knowledgeable in her field of medicine, and is most kind, courteous and thorough, and she put me at ease as a new patient. I am very pleased and am returning for a second appointment next week. I would recommend her very highly.

Went to this doctor with a specific need. She was very unhelpful. Did not listen to me, drew her own conclusion and didnt care how I felt. Terrible doctor. She is obviously more concerned with lawsuits than the patients needs. I am very sick and she did not listen to me and didnt even consider what I needed from her. That to me is not taking care of patients.
