Worst place to deal with. They love sending you bills in the mail later after you already paid even though insurance deductible had been met, they lied and said it was not. I had an MRI and the charge was $12,000 and they can't figure out if i met my deductible? No folks, this is just legal theft. They make the bills very hard to follow and figure out where the charges came from.. Had to call 4 or 5 times over the course of 2 weeks to get refunded for overcharging me. Ridiculous place and many other cheaper (and honest) places to go to.

First of all, the overall care for my father by Dr Simpson was adequate and thorough. Unfortunately, the office management or business side of this practice is awful. My father has dementia and mobility issues (he uses a walker and is in pain), so getting him to appointments is not easy. The first appointment went well enough, but they said they needed to run additional tests and he would need to come in for a follow-up. I made an appointment and showed up on that day, but they said he was not in their books. Annoying, but not worth a one-star rating. The one-star, is because they sent my father to collections over an $87 bill. All my father's mail comes to my address and I checked with the office after receiving the collections notice and they had the correct address. We did not receive a bill, nor did they ever call or send an email about a follow-up to try and get payment. My father now has a ding on his credit due to their poor office management and they have no qualms about hurting someone's credit for their mistake. I tried contacting the office manager prior to posting this, but unsurprisingly have received no response. My father will pay the bill, and his credit is not important to him, but you have been warned. This business side of this office is terribly managed.

Dr Simpson has been treating me for years. I love him and his staff. I have recommended others to Doctor Simpson office and they are so Happy that I introduced them to him.

I have been going to Piedmont Heart for years when it was originally called Cardiology of Georgia. I love everything about this office. I have the best cardiologist in the world & the entire staff is also wonderful. They are extremely efficient, very compassionate & always courteous. They make a doctor visit so pleasant that I'm never anxious or nervous before, during or after my visit. I have never had a bad experience at this office. They are excellent.
