Unfortunately been feeling sick but glad to try out this new urgent care today. Staff greeted me with smiles and kindness. Form fill out/digital set up process was typical of visiting a new urgent care and didn't take much time, just bring your id and insurance card if you have one. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly at every stage of the visit. I use the Piedmont MyChart system already so I can't speak to that initial sign up, but having MyChart did make the final steps easier not waiting for paperwork when they could just send my visit report via MyChart. A great first experience and I will inevitably be back.
