The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Found them from my insurance's website. Had an emergency appointment for noon today, got a call at 8:00 AM this morning, saying the did not have a noon appointment, but if I could be there by 9:00 AM, they could see me. On the way, they call to tell me that none of the information I gave them yesterday was available. Gave them my insurance information again. Then get a call back that my insurance could not be verified before my appointment, so I would have to pay them cash and file my own claim to "maybe" get my money back, or I could reschedule my "emergency" appointment. I asked why they could not accommodate me, since this is their error, and they declined! DO NOT TRUST YOUR TEETH WITH THESE IDIOTS!!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Spread the word Sage Dental is horrible! Tiana gave me to Michael who decided to hang up on me, very professional!

DO NOT GO HERE!! This place is a huge money mill. They will nickel and dime you for walking into the building. They push unneeded services on you. It felt off from the moment I walked in. I immediately felt uncomfortable and they tried to triple charge me for services I did not need. I got a second opinion and it saved me at least $700 AND I didn’t need all that work they tried to push on me. Save your money and your time. Go somewhere else ..!

Asking me to pay a $50 deposit to schedule an appointment is a stupid business practice. Having your employee say “If you don’t like it, you don’t have to book an appointment” is even more stupid. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Incredibly sketchy! They overcharge you, and do not follow the prices that are given to you from your insurance company. It felt rushed and purely money- driven. I did not feel trusting or safe, so I left after the exam and before the cleaning. I am disappointed and will not return. Hoping I can at least save one of you from this!

A few weeks ago I had a cracked tooth with an infection. A previous dentist started the root canal but due to insurance reasons they couldn't finish. Sage fell within my plan and they got me in on an emergency visit. After seeing what they had to do they were willing to stay late after hours and do the required work. They are farther from other Sage locations but I will always go back to them!
