The first impression is so important! The front desk staff are amazing. They were so friendly and welcoming. The Medical assistants were all very thorough. Dr. Francis is AMAZING!!. She listened to me and her examination was thorough. She did NOT rush her time with me at all. She is so sweet. She is highly educated yet very easy to talk to. Right now all my symptoms are a mystery; but if any physician can unravel this I have full confidence she can.

This is an outstanding physician with expertise and compassion. I recommend her highly.

On October 3, 2019, I went to visit Dr Francis first time. I needed to pay copay 10 dollars but they charged me for 30. I asked for refund but it did not happen. Since then I quit visiting her and made several phone calls to ask for refund. But no one answered and no one called me back : (

Dr. Fancis is by far one of the most professional and knowledgeable rheumatologist in her field. She goes above and beyond to ensure that her patients are thoroughly cared. She is extremely patient and her bed side manner is Exemplary! Thank you for all that you do!

I’m shocked to see these glowing ratings. Dr. Frances is patronizing, dismissive, and refuses to listen to me. As a result my condition has worsened. The front desk staff(Phil) seems to be in his own world and I’m not part of it. He’s very unfriendly and not very competent at all. I have rarely felt so dismissed by a doctor’s office.

I love going to her. She really cares about you and spends the time listening to what you have to say. She actually gets all the input from other doctors and reads it all. She’s intelligent and knows what’s she’s doing.

I suffered with pain for more 15 years as it got worse and worse. I finally made an appointment to see dr francis. She was able to diagnose my condition and put me on a prescription that changed my life. I can't say enough about how good a doctor she is. She asks probing questions, has a wealth of experience and is very caring. You can't go wrong seeing her. She is great.

If I could rate Dr. Francis with 10 stars I would. She is a professional who gives a thorough explanation of one's condition and completely answers all questions. I have received a series of very painless knee injections which have really helped my arthritis ridden knee joints. Dr. Francis is caring and very friendly and her staff is as well. This is the way the medical profession should be.

I am so disappointed that Dr. Francis will not be in my insurance network in 2018. After years of being in pain she finally diagnosed my condition after she ordered blood work on my first visit. She is a great physician and a wonderful human being.
