Based on the reviews.. I am not wrong about what I experienced with Dr. Shetty. I visited Dr. Ellner at the Sandy Springs location, and it was nothing short of AMAZING! Between him and the nurses, I know he will be my primary dermatologist. I had severe issues with my skin condition a week after the appointment, and the soonest appointment date available was on Saturday, 6/11 with Dr. Shetty. He was extremely nonchalant and not knowledgeable. His demeanor was bland, and he was not interested in assisting me. This is a feeling that I can't get back; a feeling I wouldn't wish anyone to experience. I am so disappointed to have only been in the office literally 8 minutes, as it was an emergency follow-up appointment, just to be billed for an office visit. I understand how insurance works, but at the very least, the appointment should have been a consultation. Dr. Shetty did not provide ANY guidance, advice or supplemental medications. He didn't ask any follow up questions. He just listened to me and responded with, "Gotcha." I regret visiting this office, and I never will visit again if I need an emergency appointment.

We had a good experience with Dr Shannan Shetty today ,he is very professional and kind as well as very straight forward. We highly recommend Dr Shannan Sherry for any dermatology needs or Issues.

Read the reviews for this doctor!! I saw him at his last doctor's office because I was referred to him after my primary care found a pre-cancerous mole. I was sent to him to do a full body screening and get more of the mole removed. He walked in to the room and looked at me and said "why are you here?" as if he didn't read my lab work and wasn't not concerned about anything even after I told him skin cancer runs in my family. Very rude. I will not be going back to him after his very short visit and $$$ bill.

Dr. Shaanan Shetty is very professional, very gentle and friendly. He had provided the best outcome out of all dermatologist I visited for my type of treatment. I wish I could continue visiting him but I have moved out of ATL area.

I went with my husband to his appointment with Dr. Sherry and when I told The I’d like to schedule an appointment they worked me in on the spot with the PA. We were very pleased with the practice. It was very quick and efficient and everyone was very nice.

I sent the information about my medications to the office prior to the office visit. I recently had a stroke and have to take blood thinners. The mole I was concerned about had changed recently. I was concerned about this being skin cancer. This was excised in the office and I bled for about 12 hours. I subsequently had to cancel a dental appointment scheduled for the same day. I took an unpaid day off of work for these appointments. Do not go to this butcher. I am sure this will be deleted but I hope some of you find it helpful.

Dr Shetty is very friendly. He was very patient and sweet when caring for my 4 year old daughter.

First time visited and he barely spent time addressing my concerns. I told him what medications I'm using which are not working for me, but he told me to still use the same ones, which I'm not seeing any positive difference for years. I don't recommend this doctor!!
