The staff here is wonderful! All of them. They are attentive, kind and personable. They don’t rush you and are always willing to help. Doctor Marrero is an amazing, caring doctor. He is professional and motivated in his field and takes time to get to know his patients and answer your questions. He doesn’t push anything on you. The treatments and medications he recommends and provides make a positive difference in how I can best handle my pain and discomfort. I can’t recommend them enough. If you suffer from physical pain, this is a great place to start.
Absolutely awful experience. We were sent texts saying to arrive at 8:15……they don’t open until 8:30. Then we find out that they scheduled our appointment 45 minutes before the Dr. “typically “ arrives. When we asked about this we were told “ I can’t make the Dr. come in any sooner”. No, but you can avoid scheduling patients until after the Dr. arrives. I definitely do not recommend. AICA is so much better.
Our appointment was made an hour before the doctor even arrives at the facility and we were told to be there 15 min before the place even opens. The staff was very rude! We walked out.
Dr. Mandyam and the entire team of professionals are the best! If you have pain, these are the people to see!! Thank you!
Grandy Sandy is very pleased with the doctors at the Cumming location. They really care about their patients and offer many innovative customized solutions. They thought outside of the box for my terrible pain and I tried a stimulator that helped! I'm getting it the first week of December. Thanks to all employees!
Great staff all around, especially the nurses
Love the staff at Georgia Pain And wellness! Love Dr Marrero
A pipe bursted at my summit spine location in Cumming in their surgical suite the day before my ablation. They were quick to call and get me scheduled here at the Roswell location. When I arrived they mentioned my clinical team in Cumming scheduled it for a different day and did not notify me. As you can expect I was super upset since I drive from NC 3 hours for the procedure. Not the first time I’ve had issues with their Cumming location. But the staff immediately stepped in and got me on their schedule with their amazing doctors. I was surprised at the amazing service. They were quick and treated me with respect. I genuinely am so appreciative of the entire staff at this Roswell location. It can be nerve racking having procedures like this and they did not hesitate to take the best care of me. Thank you to everyone and Dr. Marrero. It was a great experience.
I scheduled an appointment with them. they told me at the time of scheduling that they couldn't prescribe pain meds because of the medication I'm already on. i told them I didn't want pain meds I needed an MRI to find out how bad the damage to my spine was and figure out where to go from there. After the intake nurse spoke with me another nurse came in and asked me if I was there for injections or pain meds because they couldn't see me for pain because of my current meds. I told her neither that I just want an MRI and then go from there. Dr. Hamilton came in asked me about what was going on with my back. As I was going over my injuries and symptoms he asked again about injections to which I told him that I don't want to do injections as I've had them before in another location of my back and it offered no pain relief, only to leave huge knots in my back that took weeks to recover from ,I let him know I didn't appreciate his nurse asking me about pain meds when I've already made it crystal clear to the nurse that that's not why I'm here.when making the appointment. I just want the MRI, find out what the damage is, then figure out what the options are and if im eligible for stem cells to which he replied that he wasn't going to order tests for the sake of ordering tests. Then said he couldn't help me. to which I replied I can give you the doctor's names and you can verify I've had 2 mri's and epidurals on my lower back and its not ordering them for the sake of ordering them but to figure out what other damge has occurred since my last mri over 14 years ago . It seems like this isn't a legitimate spine doctor just a place to get injections and get people hooked on pain meds.
The physicians are great and also the staff working in the back. The front end staff and some of the telephone team leave a lot to be desired with their customer service skills.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
