It’s amazing how a little bit of information and a couple of tweaks to my diet can make such an improvement to the quality of my life. I spent years dealing with digestive issues that I couldn’t find a solution for from my doctors or the internet. I would recommend both Rachel Stefan and The Nutrition Clinic for Digestive Health to anyone who is ready to feel better. Rachel was available to me when I needed her and goal oriented using data to offer suggestions that made a real difference to how I feel. I will happily return for help if I need it.

I had an amazing experience with Taylor as my dietitian. I've been to doctors about my issues and have struggled with my digestive health for so long I forgot how it felt to have a healthy gut. Taylor was positive and helped me so much that now I'm at a place with my health I'd never though I would be! Thank you Taylor! You're the best!!

I was experiencing some pretty significant digestive issues that affected my daily life so I went to the clinic on a friend's recommendation. They helped me get to the root causes of my issues, gave me an action plan to combat them and then stuck with me while I implemented the plan and experienced awesome results! I have lost weight and feeling so much better now!

Could not speak more highly about my experience here. I’ve recommended Rachel to all my friends and family and we have all seen great results with a variety of different issues. Taylor is truly gifted in reading her clients and listening to their needs. She has given me the resources I need to get back on track with eating in a way that my body responds beautifully to. She is extremely knowledgeable and easily answers all questions. I love that she has given me the tools to help balance my hormones through nutrition, and understands how to get me to my goals in a way that motivates me without me having to count or track anything.
