They misled me on insurance coverage and told me a panoramic x-ray was covered,I was only there for routine cleaning only to find out later that it wasn’t. I had inquired about the coverage, they assured me it was included and encouraged me to get the pano. However, after the procedure, they contacted me to collect payment claiming it wasn’t covered. I trusted the staff! Don’t! When a specialist office called TruCare to verify the date of the x-ray, they unprofessionally discussed my personal details!

I’ve came to Trucare dentistry for 10 years , I do not like the dentist but when I tell you Dr Toral and the entire staff are the absolute best and make you feel seen and heard! They actually care! Dr Toral has done incredible work! Highly recommend I mean the comments all speak for themselves , this dentistry is the absolute best!
