The young lady that assisted me was very sweet and joyful
If I could give negative stars I would. My grandma was admitted for major surgery on both legs and not taken care of whatsoever. The nurses left dirty bedding on the small couch in her room for a whole day. She needed to use the bathroom and pressed the call button for over an hour before she decided to struggle to get herself out of bed and then urinated all over herself. She wasn't cleaned up or given a fresh garment to wear. The nurses were highly unprofessional and even gossiping and snacking with each other in her room as if they were on a break.
I work here. I’ve witnessed doctors, nurses, and all ER staff treating the patient as their main priority. Seeing the “inside” of what goes on in the ER…I will make sure my loved ones go to Wellstar North Fulton.
My Mom had a 3 day stay and the care was excellent. Staff was very attentive and passionate. After a grueling 18 months of COVID I was expecting burn out but NO these folks are surely the heroes we have heard they are!!
Dirty rooms in Labor and Delivery. Un-flushed toilet paper in toilet, dirty linen was in the room when I entered, bed poorly made as if it were done in a rush. Super rude nurse..I wont be going back there. No one knocks, everyone just enters “i’ve seen it all the nurse says.” No thanks, I’m glad I didn’t have to deliver here!
My wife had our baby here and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Very much appreciated!
TERRIBLE Labor and Delivery Experience!!! I had a CSection and there was NO hot water while I was there. Birth certificate application was completed twice with the correct information my child’s birth certificate is still wrong. Recovery room had previous patient’s bloody materials and trash. Just an awful disgusting experience! If you can go somewhere else do so!!
My family and I can’t say enough great things about North Fulton Rehab. Dr. Harben and Dr. Clower are amazing doctors with great bedside manners and are always willing to listen to any concerns you have about your loved one.The nursing staff, techs, PT, OT and ST are some of the very best. They have loved my dad and taken excellent care of him. If he ever wanted for anything, they made sure he had it. (Kitchen staff was alsogreat, if he didn’t like what was served and you called for a different tray, they brought it immediately. They serve good food, he’s just extremely picky.) We visited for several hours everyday and knew that when we were not there, we didn’t have to worry because we knew they were taking excellent care of him.If you are looking for a rehab facility, choose this one. You will not regret it.(The family of Cleve)
The Wellstar North Fulton birth location for Labor and Delivery is outstanding! We are treated by Nile Women’s Health Care and Wellstar staff; and, have been able to have 3 successful deliveries here so far. We are about that to have our 4th Bless successful delivery ; and, are claiming a healthy labor in Jesus Christ name! My Husband , I ; and, our family are thrilled to welcome another baby with Nile Women’s Health Care and Wellstar North Fulton. North Fulton is a former Tenet facility. Can we give more stars on this review???
My father had spinal surgery here 4 years ago. Surgery went great, but for some unknown reason, while he was recovering, a hospital staff member yanked the sheet from underneath him right after he had his surgery and fractured his L4 vertebra. He had to have a partial fusion. No one came forth to take responsibility and that incident started a nightmare of a 3-month hospital stay where he nearly died twice. Now, to my horror, he's back at this hospital after having suffered a stroke. I have been trying for 2 days to get an update on his condition but I cannot get through! I'm either on hold for 10 minutes at a time or my request for a callback is ignored. This is completely unacceptable. I realize the staff is very busy caring for patients, but you cannot leave family members in the dark!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
