Went in a Sunday morning. Seen quickly. Very thorough and friendly doctor and front desk staff.

The front desk person here is the most rude, condescending person I've dealt with anywhere. She has no compassion that you're sick, no understanding of aged or handicapped. I tried to explain everything to her and to do everything in one trip because I can't walk. She repeatedly called me up and wouldn't talk to me unless we were face to face.The text you get from the online appointment says these appointments are only for asymptomatic individuals. She wanted to argue about this, saying nowhere does it say this. I have the text on my phone.Will never return to this office again.

Everyone was helpful, professional, and courteous during my visit. They made me feel at ease, and that I was going to be taken care of properly. I appreciated how wonderful everyone was during my visit!!

Made an appointment online last night for this morning. Was very disappointed to arrive and find a sign on the door stating that location was closed for construction. Why continue to accept appointments online for this location?

This location is my go to and recommendation for anyone. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. The front desk is professional and knowledgeable making sure the patient understands what services this location provides so the patient can make an informed decision on whether to proceed at this location or another. The PN gave me a full understanding of my current situation and offered options on how to proceed. A+ down the card.
