Came here for a knee injury. They x-rayed and didn’t see anything wrong So sent me on my way. I went to Saint Mary’s afterward and found out it was broken. I didn’t really honestly get much treatment but I don’t blame them too much because they seem like a small urgent care that may have been understaffed. Everyone I interacted with there was kind and courteous. Someone even helped my friend carry my wheelchair upstairs because they didn’t seem to be accessible. Would definitely recommend going here if you have a minor injury or just need some antibiotics or something but if you think something is broken maybe you should just go to the ER.
I have been waiting over an hour everyone before me and after has been seen and they have not even called my name to window to do paperwork
Royston Reddy Urgent care is terrible! Do not take anyone there. I went there 5 months ago. They miss diagnosised me; which had they done a proper exam they would have known. The doctor was in there for less than a minute. I went to my doctor the following Monday who was absolutely LIVID that the doctor did not do what he should have. He stated he was going to call them to let them know. Today I make an appointment online for my daughter who is sick. No one calls me to tell me that they do not see anyone under 6 months. I get there the front desk receptionist was rude. She spoke to the doctor then comes back to tell me "there is nothing that can be done for a child that small anywhere. That a doctor wouldn't be able to do anything anyways." I asked where I should take her which she stated a second time "A child that small a doctor will not do anything for." So you are telling me that babies just have to tough it out?? NOT TRUE! When my son was younger and had ear infections under the age of 6 months he was put on antibiotics. It is sad that the staff makes you feel dumb. I proceed to leave and come back to ask why they cannot at least test her. I let them know I gave them another chance but this was the second time. She proceeded to state "do not be getting all crazy with me and bashing us." Well apparently you do not know how to do your job. I was given two different stories. 1. The doctor didn't feel comfortable. 2. It was policy. The second was given after I gave a little push back. If you do not see children under the age of 6 months it needs to be posted on your website. Also the staff needs to be trained properly to see that a child under 6 months has an appointment so they can let the parent know ahead of time. I made my appointment at 7am with all the necessary information. There is no excuse.. I got a text saying to wait in the car. When I got there I called to let them know. The phone was answered as "Reddy urgent care. Hold." Where I waited for 10 minutes. I called back and was taken right away. When I walked in 3 girls are sitting there talking to each other on their cell phones. I guess their cell phones were more important than the call I just placed.I called the Hartwell location and spoke with an AMAZING receptionist there who was very willing to help me. She apologized that I was crying and upset. She also stated that the receptionist should have called to let me know prior. She is giving my information to the manager who I hope calls and fixes this situation. But there will not be a third chance. I will be driving further for better, accurate service.I am dumbfounded by this situation. I am upset. I am livid. I understand we are all going through a tough time with this pandemic. I work in the medical field so I truly understand the stress we are all going through but the "I could care less" attitude this staff has showed more than one time is disappointing. I would believe as a company that trying needs to be done because this is completely unacceptable. The attitudes are ridiculous.
Great job 👏 less well satisfied
Yes definitely. Convenient for me.
Earlier this year. I walked-in to the Danielsville clinic and was rudely denied service. Their sign still said walk-ins welcome. They did not welcome me. The office manager said they had not accepted walk-ins for a couple of months. My mom had walked-in the previous week. The office manager said they still needed to change the sign. I have cancer and was urgently needing to be seen. The lady at the front desk told me to get in my car and go 20 minutes north, if I wanted to be seen by someone. I told her I was an established patient there. After rolling her eyes like a spoiled teenager, she said my insurance required a referral from my GP, which is only true when I go to someone for the first time. They were ignorant and rude! I couldn't help wondering if they would have seen me if I were a white person!
Wonderful caring staff. The doctor is knowledgeable caring takes his time to help one understand and follows through with the patient
Thoroughness of care, strong adherence to COVID protocols, and Dr. Malibu Reddy takes plenty of time to personalize and give options.
Signed up through the appointment portal for a rapid covid test. Arrived early. Looked for the registration forms that the website said was outside. Nowhere to be found. Went in, picked up paperwork, completed, the wait time wasn't terrible. Nurse came out and did the swab. I waited a littlewhile longer, thinking I was waiting for my results, the individual told me me results should be back by Sunday. I told him I signed up online for the rapid test, he stated they were out. If I had known I would not have spent all my time there and would have looked for the test I needed. Still waiting for results. No one returns your calls. I left 3 messages.
I only met one Doctor from ready care. she was young. small frame. she was afraid to exam me. she's afraid of getting COVID-19. right away for the pain in my back she wants to go e me drugs. she wants to guess what I have. she wouldn't give a prescription to go get a MRI. As I was talking to her my mask slip down she would constantly say pick up your mask. then she said she has a baby at home. Well what I know about COVID-19. Children are not affected by COVID-19. the at the end she says she doesn't think we are a good fit. she's right She's not a good fit for any patients. She should stay home with her baby.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
