First and foremost I would like to thank Juaneshia for all of her assistance. I had an reaction to some medication and scheduled an appointment that was going to be until next week. I called constantly throughout the week to see if they had any cancellation. On today, I called and Juaneshia was very helpful but unfortunately, Dr. Taylor and Clark were no help. They did not even want to see me. In fact, they told me to go to the ER instead. The ER told me to go to my primary care physician. Being that they kept asking Juaneshia about what is going on through the phone instead of asking me personally spoke volumes. I hate that I am not being taken serious and unfortunately if this is something fatal I can not depend on neither Dr. Taylor or Dr. Clark. It is sad. We need more doctors that care instead of not wanting to be bothered since it is Friday and that they get off early!

I had a very nice visit the office staff was great very kind . Dr Shalu Taylor NP-C was so good she took the time to explained every thing to me. She know her stuff and I am really happy that I choose this office , To the staff thank you so much for being there for me .
