I wouldn’t recommend this establishment my daughter was on time for her appointment but my fiancé didn’t have a mask so they sent him out to go get one . When he comes back with a mask they said that we have to reschedule. I told them I have been waiting for this appointment for 2 months and they didn’t care . Then the front desk turned around and said that we were late for our appointment when speaking to the supervisor while whole time that wasn’t true . If I could give them zero stars I would .

Dr. Sheerin is a very competent doctor and has done a good job of taking care of me regarding my allergies. She is friendly and shows concern for my allergy needs. She listens well and communicates effectively. She answers my questions clearly and effectively. I am very pleased with my experiences over the years under her care. I am also pleased with the staff at Atlanta Allergy Asthma.

Ive seen two separate doctors at this practice the first had a terrible bedside manner with my toddler so I switched and saw a second doctor who seemed nice but since it was a virtual visit so I cant speak to her bedside manner. The billing department and process for the practice needs to be improved. They only post patient bills to their portal with no notification sent to your personal email or physically to your home. As such you may owe them money but not know about it until they send it to a collection agency. Extremely frustrating as I would have obviously paid any bill I knew about. When I called the practice their phone system was on a loop and I left messages with 3 different people to call me back. It took them over 24 hours and the returning call I received was by someone who was very rude. Overall I would NOT recommend this practice.
