After waiting for a appointment almost two months I was told when I arrived at the office my insurance is not acceptable by the Dr. Front desk clearly verified my insurance prior to setting a appointment. Horrible patient service and office staff. Will not be returning

I’ve been seeing Dr. Levine for over 15 years. He is absolutely awesome. Very thorough. Never in a hurry. Doesn’t take risks but isn’t overly conservative. Has a wonderful bedside manner. Highly respected amongst his peers. Kind and caring. Really love this guy!!

I had a condition and went to about 5 dermatologists of which put me on all kind of meds, one even wanted to send me to the hospital but couldn't diagnose the condition. Finally went to Dr. Levine and he diagnosed my problems. He even followed up with me. He resolved my issues after searching for relief. Unfortunately I now live several hours away from this practice but have not had to visit a dermatologist since my visit with Dr. Levine. He was excellent- knowledgeable!

My wife and I have been coming to see Dr. David Levine at this wonderful medical practice for years. He's very professional as well as an upbeat doctor to be around. Dr. Levine always has a huge smile for you when he comes into the exam room and asks how you and your family are doing. There are a number of doctors in this practice so they have a large staff. Over the years I have had nothing but the best experiences as a patient working with the staff. They are terrific/friendly people ! Dr. Levine is without a doubt a 5 star doctor !! He has handled a number of skin care issues for us over the years. I look forward to seeing him on my next office visit which is next week.

Idk who they have working in that office as a receptionist but they are extremely unprofessional! I called prior to schedule an appointment as a new patient and the receptionist was very rude when I asked questions in regards to my copay. I attempted to call again today because I’m trying to avoid flying out of state to my original Dermatologist, but once again same thing! This time I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone in charge, and when the “woman” picked up she seemed as if she was making a joke because I heard laughter in the background. She started with “how can I help you”, I said hello who am I speaking with? And you heard laughter in the background and she said “ummm, my name is (blah blah blah) how can I help you.. it seemed as if she needed to think about what her own name was how long she paused to say umm and then a name and with the laughter in the background I assumed they may have been playing a joke with me so I hung up. I am making it my duty to go to their location and speak with someone because this is the most disgusting service I’ve ever received from a doctors office.
