I have never met a more genuine owner. Would definitely recommend to any of my family members/friends if they ever need home care services!

Hannah Lee and her staff at HomeWell in Sandy Springs are a truly amazing and compassionate team. In addition to timely consultation with our friends and family who needed home care for their loved ones, they provided care for my 98 year old mother who was still living independently, and, by the way, did not think she needed any help. She did! For my wife and myself, we saw Christ's love demonstrated in all that they did, with both professionalism and compassion. I would rate their organization 5 star and well worth the time to get to know them, for today's needs, and possibly tomorrow's.

I worked for Hannah Lee, the owner of HomeWell for over 3 years as a Registered Nurse. She is the most compassionate, and hard working person I have ever met in my life. She always goes the extra mile for her clients, and will work long hours every day to make sure the job is done right and that her clients are satisfied with her service. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Hannah, and will always be grateful that I had the opportunity to work with her.

HomeWell Care Services is a wonderful in home care service for my Mom. The caregivers are kind and attentive and are able to take my Mom to her appointments. The staff is very organized and always keeps me up to date on the needs of my Mom and if there are going to be staffing changes. A nurse also comes by to check on my Mom.

From the care manager to the caregivers, my experience with HomeWell has been a lifesaver for my family. I have found everyone involved to be responsive, caring, and professional. Their genuine care for my mom and communication to me provided peace of mind.

My Thank You letter to HomeWell Care Services:I just wanted let you know what a wonderful blessing you have been in the care for my father. He had a stroke last year, and at the same time my mother passed while he was in the hospital. When he came home from rehabilitation at the nursing home, I had no idea how to manage his care. He required 24 hour assistance, as he could not speak clearly, and was still recovering from the physical effects. There was no way I could provide it, as I am the only child with a family and full time job. After speaking with several other care providers on the phone, I knew Homewell was the one for Dad, as you were able to accurately assess our situation and his needs. I felt very comfortable going through the process of setting up his care with you.The care plan you created and the detailed daily activity notes from the personal assistants gave me a great sense of relief that he was being well cared for. He started regaining his weight from the nutritious meals made for him, and his mood improved every day. I greatly appreciate the way you were able to respond to his changing care needs, rearranging his schedule many times at my request, and making sure a personal assistant was always there.You gave me and my family such a relief from a difficult situation and I thank you so much. I would recommend your services to anyone needing help in caring for an elderly loved one.

Homewell provided care for my father in his last year. Their staff was kind, attentive and caring. Two especially stand out to me as being very dedicated to my father and becoming his friends. Homewell was there when we needed them.
