Judith Silverstein's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Silverstein is a good doctor, but you have to wait over an hour to get in there to see her. The office is very poorly run, although I don't know if the other doctors have the same issue. I have been going for many years and it doesn't matter what time of day, it is always over an hour to get to the room.

Dr. Silverstein seems to be a good doctor and I saw her for many years. But you always wait over an hour to see her and the front desk lady is never helpful or nice. The other doctors in her practice do not seem to have the same problem with time.

Dr. Silverstein is a highly recommended doctor and is great to see once you get in to the room. However, even though I have gone there for years, it is over an hour every time to get in to see her, no matter what time you schedule your appointment. In addition, clearly the practice is poorly run and the lady at the front desk is unpleasant to deal with and difficult.

I have been seeing Dr. Silverstein for about 5-6 years, and think she is a very good doctor. However, the office is so poorly run that I have never waited less than an hour to see her. Today, I waited 20 minutes and then asked if she was running behind and was told it would be another 30-45 minutes before I was taken back. This shows huge disrespect to the patients. The other doctors in her practice do not seem to have this problem, so I am not sure what is going on, but I have been frustrated one time too many. I would also like to point out that the lady at the front desk is just mean and shouldn't be the face of that office.

First visit was for thorough body scan years ago. Second visit seen for itchy rash and was seen in my and with professional concern. Highly recommended.

She has been my doctor for 30 years. She gives the utmost care and concern and is very professional. Helped me with many issues and has the best bedside manner or any doctor I've ever encountered! Always greeted with a genuine smile!
