Wonderful service, great facilties, wonderful and friendly staff. They treat you like a family.

We were loyal to this practice for many years. We had to switch to another agency when my mother became too difficult to care for. She was in bed 24/7 and needed adequate help, which her caregivers were not capable of , and not trained to provide. Not once I received a call with a complaint that they cannot handle her and wanted me to come over to help them. Also, company schedules different caregivers for most of the days. Each caregiver have a number of different clients during one day. With COVID presence it was very dangerous to have so many people visiting my mother. We had to start looking for alternatives.After we switched to another agency we had only one knowledgeable caregiver, coming every day, who was trained well and guided us through the hardest time in our lives. She was with our family till our Mother passed away..We will be forever thankful to this caregiver and her agency.

I strongly advise for families to NOT HIRE this home health care company for your loved one(s). My mother has been with me for a total of 3 months, back and forth between the hospital for 2 of those months. She is now home a total of 3 weeks, I can't get a consistent schedule for all of the services I requested. One day I am told that my mother last hospital did not write the correct referral so request for a new one from her primary physician. As soon as this is received, we can work on giving her more therapy. My mother's physician has done what I asked for twice. Medside scheduling told me my services would resume. Only saw her nurse once and Speech therapy. I called to find out what is wrong. Medside caseworker Deborah told me they did not receive a fax from my mother's physician. I am on another week without consistent service and decided to speak to the caseworkers manager. Kate was completely uncompassionate and should not lead a staff of other uncompassionate individuals. On top, our insurance company is paying for all of this for the staff to do NOTHING. I have not witnessed any stregth exercises, stretching ,NOTHING. And to say that she has not made any progress is ludicrous when we have not had CONSISTENT THERAPY. I am told there is nothing else that they can do. I asked to send ANOTHER PT to my home and Kate told me they will not do that. This Home Healthcare agency would rather patients deteriorate than to make sure the patient has what they need. This is a money hungry - SCAM of a factility. Do not hire them for your family. KEEP LOOKING.

In this difficult time, I am grateful that my mother is receiving professional and reliable services from Medside Healthcare. On top of the usual day to day help, the Medside's medical professional is calling and checking on her on regular bases. Medside is also offering online classes, online group activities. My mother is happy and this is the goal.

Their employees are great I really love working with them but as far as Medside they’re terrible but you can’t get anybody to help you I’ve been dealing with this for over a month and a half now they can’t even open encrypted email that my doctors office sent so that means are using any other means which is illegal it’s showing all of your personal information don’t ever use them

I am grateful for all personal care services my mom has been receiving over ten years now! Nurses are wonderful! Aides are great! I highly recommend this company!

MedSide was a needed lifeline. They were reliable, present, and provided an excellent standard of care for my acutely bed-ridden grandfather in regards to skilled nursing and therapy services. Secondary to Covid19 times, I was unable to visit as often but the updates in progress I was able to see, helped me feel like my grandfather (and grandmother) was safe while in a difficult and fragile medical state. Now, he is walking household distances and was able to graduate to modified independence. Truly amazing and appreciated.

I can't even say enough THANK YOU to MedSide for everything they have done for my mother who attended their Senior Center and received services at home when she needed them the most! I lost my mom two years ago due to cancer, but I will never forget the care we received! Thank you for everything you do each and every day!

My grandfather has been under Medside care for over 10 years. During this time they were extremely professional and provided him with all needed support. Their team members really care about their work and quality of care they provide. Would highly recommend!

I have worked for Medside Healthcare for 9 years as a Physical Therapist. I could have worked for multiple companies when I moved to Atlanta. I chose Medside because of their administrative staff, strong sense of value of patient care and their concern and caring for their employees. They were the only company that would allow me to spend 45-60 minutes with each patient versus 30 minutes. I would rate this company extremely high, especially Sabina Grinberg, Mary Mann, Julia Alexandria and Victor Vaudman all who are part of Management. However their commitment to quality of care of all patients is their strongest strength.
