worst place to end up!! parents got im a car accident.. took over 4 hours before they were seen by a doctor, he waz RUDE and didnt give any type of sympathy. he wanted us out.. dad couldn't c feel half his body and had sever head pain, had a concussion and still got discharge within minutes of being seen.. WORST HOSPITAL EVER (Only nice person and helpful was the nurse)

We have contacted Wellstar North Fulton multiple times regarding the invoice for our 2 ½ year old’s labor and delivery. The invoices appear to charge us for multiple rooms on similar days. Meaning we are being charged for being in 2 rooms at the same time for both days we were at their facility. Each time the representatives see the issue and state they understand our frustration and can see the mistake. They offer to look further into it and to call us back with a response. We have never received a response and after 2 ½ years we are receiving the same invoices again. We have made multiple attempts to reach out since we started receiving the invoices. I would really like to resolve this but the current process seems less than helpful.

I went to the ER my symptoms were dismissed and I was rushed out of the hospital the security staff harassed and attack me telling me I need to leave immediately they were racist and very rude!!

I would leave zero stars if I could. My annual exam was fine until I received the bill. My doctor is in network, which I checked, but apparently the lab they used is not, and they didn’t disclose that to me or even let me know what lab they use, so now I am forced to pay the bill. I called and Wellstar was rude, no help, and basically said I’m screwed. I will never use Wellstar again and I will advise everyone on this planet to do the same.

Excited about getting married? Go elsewhere to get your license as the clerk we dealt with was condescending and hell bent on essentially making us feel we were inept at filling out the paperwork.

The ER nurse, David Lee, is horrible. My husband got in a car accident and when I called the nurses phone to ask for an update he acted like he had no idea who my husband was. He has the worst attitude. His words to my husband, “your wife seemed to be pretty upset with me. I don’t have empathy.. it’s what makes me good at my job”. Empathy may make his job easier for HIM but it certainly doesn’t help the patients or their family. When my husband was transferred to a room I hadn’t heard from anyone since the night before. I called 3x to speak with his nurse. Every time I was told she was too busy to talk. My husband did not have his phone on him, I was not allowed to visit and I didn’t have an update on him. I finally got his phone number to his room and spoke with him before I ever got an update from a nurse. The only good thing about this hospital has been a nurse named Karen, a technician named Michelle and his surgeon Dr. Michael Quackenbush. If you have an emergency I would advise to highly consider another hospital first.

Beyond disappointed in this hospital. Youd think someone with serious pain and extreme high blood pressure would be taken care of. They never asked my pain scale, never offered to make me comfortable in any way. I had to wait in the waiting room inbetween xrays and results. My room (when I finally got there) had someone elses urine sample on the counter, the NP's bed side manner was okay, but she was not empathetic at all to my pain. The nurse spoke to me as if I was incompetent, which I did not appreciate. I would never recommend this hospital again, nor will I be returning.

I will give them under 0 my baby have eczema since birth sometimes its bleeding I called so many time for appointment but the keep me waiting for a phone call appointment almost a week they are so much careless

The receptionist & Medical Assistant are some awesome,women, very compassionate, good listener. To bad my doctor isn't!! She's a mad scientist that doesn't listen well! Waiting for a new PCP caring doctor!!
