Absolute joke… secretary woman was rude and refused to wear a mask… She was so unprofessional I will be telling everybody and will refuse to come back to this location

Unfortunately, after 2-3 years of visiting this practice, my experience has gradually started to reflect those reviews below mine. The doctors themselves are first-class, no complaints whatsoever. However the front-office staff have become borderline unethical. Much like those reviewers below, I've also become a victim of the last minute, getting in my car, phone call stating my appointment needs to be rescheduled, as they no longer do phsyicals in the evenings. Mind you, this appointment had already been pre-scheduled on their website for the last 3 days, and they waited until the day of, to inform me of this change.

The other folks here definitely aren't a witness of the general disposition of the physicians here. Dr Aaron is the best hands down....and he's genuinely of a different caliber.

My first time here with Dr Hayden. Needed to see a doctor and was so pleased. He was attentive , a great listener. Answered all my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I’m used to feeling rushed but with him I didn’t!

I had visited Dr Priyam Patel for yearly physicals. Inspite of it offered free by my insurance agent Piedmont charged me $125 for 2 min virtual feedback. In that 2 mins Dr Patel did not suggest anything that we already did not know. I was also called for another lab test and they charged me seperately for it.We also booked an appointment with Dr Patel for my ear wax issue for my wife. She just checked and wrote prescription of antibiotic and recommended we might have visit an ENT specialist to get it removed. She then sent out a bill for $ 155 saying an Ear Wax issues as severity 5 issue. An absolute joke.I sincerely recommend staying away from Dr Patel.

I had an appointment at 11:30 am- made through their office on the phone. Much to my dismay, I received a phone call as I was parking my car in their parking lot, that my appointment was made in error and that there was NO doctor available to see me! UNACCEPTABLE. I drove 30 minutes one-way for my scheduled appointment only to be completely turned away. The office staff was mildly concerned and offered no apology OR attempt to re-book. HOW can you expect to keep any patients??..... or maybe they don't really care? WHY is this happening to myself and others?? WHAT will be done to correct their screwed up process?? I am beyond disappointed, angry, and have no treatment plan.

I scheduled an appointment in advance for an annual physical for 4/19/21 at 8:40 AM. I receive a message at 7:32 AM stating the doctor would not be in the office until after 9:30 AM. At this point, I was already in route to the appointment. I call the office to voice concern on the short notice and to attempt to reschedule the appointment. The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude. She tells me "well the message does state sorry for the short notice, and to take it up with Dr. Patel". I tell her that she is being rude, and I am the person being inconvenienced. After she rambles on as if she's "just doing what she was told routine", I state I just need to reschedule my appointment. She again rudely states "you can do that through mychart" and abruptly hangs up the phone. I was suppose to be a new patient, now I won't be. Clearly if you are accepting new patients, you need them. If this is the way the office operates, I wouldn't recommend this physicians office.

This is for the reception desk. They go above and beyond to help you with your query. Kudos.

They are running a money making center. On my Annual physical visit, they gave me form to fill out details that includes the current medication (if any) and then Dr will deliberately ask questions abt it so that they can charge you separately. They earn twice in 1 visit, one fully paid by insurance for physical visit and one to be paid by us as sick visit just because of that question asked by Doctor. Terrible customer service after this is the cherry on the cake

Extremely unprofessional service. The location has not provided me with my test report even after one month of the actual examination. Calling them multiple times to get my own report has not helped either. Avoid this place if you don’t want to waste your time!!!!!!!
