List of Piedmont Urgent Care By Wellstreet - Sandy Springs's Reviews
Most unprofessional and dismissive front desk . Rude and miserable people !! Will never go back here !! She acted like I wasn’t even in front of her when asking a question .
Excellent care and concern!
This facility was great.Appointments for Covid testing were first come, first served. We arrived 15 min before they opened and the line was around the building. Once they opened the line moved pretty quickly. We realized that the line was able to move quickly because we were waiting to schedule an appointment for later in the day, not get tested at this time. With arriving 15 min before they opened, we got 5 pm time slots for testing. I would assume that means some people in line did not get appointments, which would have been disappointing. For our actual appointment, the experience was a dream! We walked in, scanned a QR code and went back to our car to fill out the registration form. We received a call to come back in within 10 min and were sent directly to a room. Someone came in quickly, asked questions and gave us info/details about the type of test, etc. They did the test, confirmed that we had accounts in mychart and then we were out the door. Arrival to departure may have been 20-25 min. That part was very nice!We got our results very quickly through mychart. Within 15 min of leaving our results were posted.Overall the experience was positive. Arriving early only to schedule an appointment may be inconvenient and if you had to stick to a specific schedule, this might not work for you because you really just get the time slot they give you, but once you get to the actual appointment, it’s very fast and reliable!
They charged me $680 for two covid tests. They are impossible to get in contact with. Do not go here.
Came here to get a covid test abs the staff was great. They were super busy and still managed to be friendly, helpful, and organized.
This urgent care is a fraud. They claim to be open all day however if you come at noon, they will send you away without any hesitation. They trick people into giving them a 5 star review for a free tote bag, which is how they are rated so highly. This is a terrible urgent care. Stop going already, they don’t even have any covid tests. They immediately ask for my appointment however, they don’t take online appointments. The clerks today were so rude and just gossip amongst themselves. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Find any other urgent care but this one.
The cost for RT-PCR is too expensive, especially for out of country travelers.
Absolutely Fantastic Service. Dr. Goldberg is an awesome physician and exceptionally helpful and explains things clearly. The service at this clinic is very professional.
We had to go for COVID tests on Christmas Day for international travel and the staff was phenomenal. Patient and gracious on a day nobody wanted to be there.
Let me big by saying the nurse and doctor in the back were fantastic! Polite and extremely diligent. However, the two employees at the desk upon check in had terrible attitudes. They spoke with zero effort, rolled their eyes and constantly played with their hair while speaking. Their attitude and effort level was noticeably terrible. They had no interest in appropriate communication and body language. They were clearly unhappy with making any effort or having a job. I will be contacting their supervisor for sure.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
