Ladies Ladies Ladies!!!! This place is Atlanta’s best kept secret!! First of all, when I made the appointment I knew it was gonna be a good experience because sweet Sarah who is the receptionist there was so nice and patient with me on the phone. THEN Asha (the nurse practitioner who did my lip fillers) was who I had my first appointment with. She greeted me with the warmest smile when I first met her! I was very happy with my lip fillers that Asha did! If you want to see results please go to the pure bliss IG page! She’s the best! THEN, I went back to get the deluxe facial from the esthetician there! Her name is Nicolette. GUYS!!! Same experience!! I am so happy with my skin and I was so thankful for all the knowledge that she had to help me get my skin where I want it be! Please go and check these ladies out ASAP!

I’ve been going to Pure Bliss for at least 5 years and love it! Their prices are great and the whole staff is very sweet and helpful. I get Botox and various facial treatments. Highly recommend!

My experience at this med spa was so black and beautiful.. from the chic ambiance of the place to the welcoming receptionist everything went well for my first visit ! My lips are a 10/10 and she was very honest about how big i should go .. she guided me well through other procedures i was asking about and gave me complete clarity on the questions and concerns i had ! Thanks again PURE BLISS see you soon ✌🏽

My initial visit here was for a consultation in 2023 for fillers with Asha which was great. I did follow through and I’m pleased with the results. However 3/2024 I returned for my first ever facial with Nicolette who was also wonderful. Unfortunately for me I have extremely sensitive skin and had a horrible reaction hours after my facial service. The symptoms lingered for weeks. I finally decided to call pure bliss to ask for specific product names used so that I can try to pinpoint the issue and kind of know what to stay away from for my future services. However, when I contacted the spa the young lady who answered the phone on 3/20 ensured me that my reaction couldn’t possibly be still lingering and that I’m not allergic to anything used (which is impossible for her to know my medical history). I was not given the name of any products but the young lady did request that I send pictures. After thought, I decided NOT to send pictures because I just simply didn’t like how I was handled on the phone with no regard to what I was going through because of a bad reaction to a product used during my facial. I had no intention on suing, getting a refund or anything other than gaining knowledge so that I know what products to stay away from during my NEXT facial but now i will not be returning. Also the same young lady reached back out to me on 3/21/24 asking for pictures again but I still have not received product names for items used during facial services. A call from the esthetician or owner may have gone better but I’m sure they dont even have knowledge of my complaint but to the young lady answering the phones take this as a training opportunity as extend some grace and empathy to the clientele.

I have been coming to PureBliss for over a year and let me tell you they do not disappoint. My experience each time from the front desk staff to my facials with my aesthetician, Nicolette, have always been friendly, professional, and personable. Most importantly my skin has a glow like never before. The progress I have seen in my personalized skin care routine made by Nicolette is unmatched. I would highly recommend PureBliss if you’re looking for a game changer in your routine.
