List of Sandy Springs Family Medicine And Urgent Care's Reviews
Came for an immigration physical. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The price was the most affordable that I found after calling a few places, and they were able to see me on the same day. They also have weekend appointments on Sunday.
Dr. Jude is awesome and very knowledgeable!! We have been with him for years!! (6 years to me exact)
This clinic is conveniently located directly in front of the Georgia Department of Driver Services at 8610 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs, Georgia 30350 (GPS Address). They offer Complimentary drinks, Comcast - wifi, and High definition Television in all the rooms. Their clinic is equipped and uniquely designed to care for patients of all age groups with Acute care waiting area, Kids play area and Seniors' waiting room. This clinic provides comprehensive primary care and minor emergency services for the entire family. They accept most insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. They offer affordable rates for self pay patients.
I had caught my wife's cough, who caught from our daughter...and went here for treatment. First it takes medicare and the Aetna supplemental ins I have. Everyone was nice and professional, and the waiting room was very clean, the big screen TV showing the latest football game. I had to drive a ways from Abernathy Rd but only about 8 mins. The wait at Piedmont was an hour and a half. They took me very quickly and the doctor was very kind and professional and asked about the relevant things he observed about me ( I hadn't taken my high blood pressure Medication that day and my BP was a little bit high). All in all a great experience and I echo The other positive reviews on this site. I would recommend this family practice without hesitation. Especially now that Flu season is on its way.
I really don't think they understand the concept of just answering simple questions on the phone.
I happened to come across Sandy Springs Family Medicine by chance. It’s easy to get an appointment and the clinic is open 7 days a week. The staff and Dr. Dragonu are very kind and caring. Dr. Dragonu genuinely cares about her patients which shows in her demeanor. The clinic itself is very basic and no frills but the compassionate doctors and attentive staff is what really matters.
Wait is too long, even with an appointment for an annual check up for my son, we waited 45mns before been seen. Not a great patient experience.
Dr. Dragonu and all the Nursing Staff have been exceptional. As a new patient, I was careful to find a practice that was praised for individuals who had a long history of care and this facility came up on my top three. The labs were great, easy, quick. The lab printout was clean and well organized, as was the explanation from Dr. Dragonu. This facility is also open on weekends which is really helpful for my schedule. So far I have no complaints and would easily recommend to a new patient.
First of all do not go here for anything. I went there for my medical examination and it’s been 6-7 months and I need a copy of it. There is an African doctor that he told me he can’t give me a copy, if I need it I have to do everything from beginning. They don’t care about your health they just need your money.
I went to this place to get an annual check-up done. They got my blood samples and then forgot about taking another sample for another test I wanted to do. Then, the doctor calls with the lab results and I ask her for a medical report stating all she had told me on the phone and she says she cannot do that. She said she can only write a doctor report recommending me to see a gastroenterologist. I have never been in situation in which my doctor calls with my lab results, states my issues and cannot put it on a paper. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this place!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
