Far and away the best experience I've ever had at an Urgent Care clinic. Clean facility, expedient and convenient processing, pleasant staff. The nurse practitioner who saw me, Tiffany Le, was cheerful, informative, and overall very helpful: I strongly recommend requesting her if you're able to! If/when I have to visit a clinic again (hopefully not anytime soon), I will go out of my way to come back to this one.

Worst urgent care EVER! There was only one other person in the waiting room when I got there and I still waited nearly 40 minutes to get called back. The receptionist was uninterested in her job. The nurse had an attitude (or that may have been her personality). The test they chose to run made no sense for my symptoms. Really had to advocate and ask questions. Then I had to call them for test results. I called three times, was on hold for 20 minutes each time with no answer. I had to drive back for the results. Then they were just announced across the desk in the company of a bystander. Went and got test results somewhere else and received entirely different results. Piss poor.

On Saturday, I visited this urgent care center. I was seen by a doctor who dismissed my concerns, told me to relax, and said that the facility was not equipped to treat me. I paid $150 for this consultation. The nurses at the urgent care center were incredibly competent and caring. However, this could not overcome my gaslighting experience with the doctor. I left the feeling more anxious than when I arrived and unheard. I went to Northside Hospital, where I was seen promptly and treated with compassion. I would never visit this urgent care center, despite it being less than a mile from my home.
