Dr. Novack is supposed to be managing my newly diagnosed hypertension. I have left two messages over 5 weeks about a need for further management and have heard nothing from his office. Also called office manager at South Coast to report the issue...two weeks later radio silent. Unfortunately this practice does not care about their patients. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very unhappy with the care for my mother. They gave her a very strong antibiotic Cipro then when the UTI did not clear and my mother became more confused and she fell. They sent a urine specimen without properly sealing it so my mother had to go back. Meanwhile her UTI did not get better as it was Cipro resistant. The nurse tried to tell me she did not have a UTI and I insisted her lab results said she did but the nurse did not have the lab results medical records did. Very disorganized and incompetent staff. I would not recommend this practice. Her former neurologist at Southcoast misdiagnosed her.

If anybody could make the act of going to the doctor enjoyable it would be Doctor Novak. No matter what problem you come in with he seems to be ready and waiting with the best possible solution or advice. Even during this Coronavirus pandemic he remains highly personable and doesnt lose his cool. Today I had my first virtual doctor visit. It was set for 9 a.m. and at exactly 9 a.m. Dr. Novak pops up on my computer screen. After giving him a rundown on a kidney stone attack Ive been experiencing he quickly came up with a plan of action that has all the bases covered. In a world where so many people disappoint this is one person who restores your faith in humanity.

10 minute checkup up stepped out 4 times to answer calls. He doesnt diagnosis rather mumbled jumble.

I have been a patient of Dr. Novack for more than 7 years. Over my nearly 62 years I have had the pleasure of working with talented physicians and their incredible support staff. Dr. Novack stands above the best I have previously encountered. This is exactly how great medical care should be delivered. Dr. Novack has allowed me to be a valued partner in my own medical care and treatment.
