Very pleased with my first visit. He explains your plan of care well. I dislike leaving a physician's office having to Google what he/she just said. He was very professional and easy to talk with.

This Dr is amazing. The office workers are not! Both times my elderly parents went. The tablet was filled out. 45 mins later. Said it wasn't. Did it again got put to back. Sat 30 more mins. 2 separate times ! I did it one time. For the elderly this should NEVER happen. But I stress again......the Dr is amazing!!

Dr. Acker is phenomenal. I never leave reviews but he deserves the praise. He is caring, listens, and takes the time to educate you. You can tell he is confident in his knowledge and truly wants you to feel your best. If you’re looking for a doctor who shows up for the patient, he is your guy!

He was attentive, answered all my questions, helped me to understand procedures.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They DO NOT check insurance before they send you to other offices, they DO NOT listen to you when you explain your symptoms. They DO NOT help you to feel as though they care. Awful office. Dr. Acker almost seemed angry that that his "diagnosis" was wrong and nothing improved. Very displeased.
