I'm so grateful that Dr. Kemp has been my sleep medicine doctor for over 3 years. He and his staff at the memorial lung and sleep clinic have been excellent about communicating with me, my pharmacy, and my PCP about my care. They have exceeded my expectations when it comes to handling insurance providers, prior-authorizations, and navigating care through the VA.

Dr. Kemp is outstanding. I have seen him a few time but must say the office needs improvement. With COVID I didn’t feel safe in this office. I’ve been to others and they are different cleaner. The receptionist gave me a pen she was using and she didn’t have any gloves on. I didn’t see her wipe the pen nor the clip board. She Lisa was upset because the phone kept ringing. She slammed it down and said it won’t stop to me. She scared me. I’m sorry customers are calling. The seats are close together. It’s a small space so I expected space between the seats. No social distancing His nurse Mercell was great friendly. Loved her

I was absolutely pleased with my first visit with Dr.Kemp! He was very thorough, attentive, knowledgeable and seemed to be genuinely caring, concerned & interested in helping me get better. It feels good to have trust & confidence in a doctor when initially you never realized just how sick you were. I hardly ever do all these surveys but I HAD TO FOR HIM and I hope he reads it. He's AWESOME!
