Dr. Deshpande is thoughtful, thorough, and offers hope. He was highly recommended to me, and has already done one hip epidural. Now working on other issues, and he is the best Orthopedic doctor I have known, among several other good ones!

I had a knee scope procedure done in February I only seen Dr. Deshpande twice from February until now which is may I have only sent his PA twice also my knee is much worse now than before I had surgery I attend physical therapy ( Chatham orthopedic Savannah) which made my knee extremely worse with a exercise done by physical therapist Clare which she knew I have a chronic back injury and could not perform that exercise, which lead to more damage to my back and knee , I went to see Dr Deshpande because I am having extinct problems now in my right leg all because Clare exercise and I am having to go back to pain management to help control my back pains I was told 3 and half weeks ago Dr Deshpande office would call me and give me and injection in my knee for pain I have not heard from their office as of yet! I am so very disappointed to know that they just cut me up and abandon me and leave me like this

5 Stars for our first time meet and greet to discuss whether to have surgery or not. Next post I make will be after surgery. Well I had my 2 week follow up after hip replacement surgery today. What can I say that most already know. Dr. Deshpande and his team of expert care givers, truly pulled me through a very dreadful 3 weeks of my life. I'm not totally healed but my recovery is so much better than I thought and I now look forward to the next hip surgery cause I know I will be in good hands. Thank you Dr. Deshpande.

I had a very complicated tibial plateau fracture and Dr. Deshpande did a wonderful job putting me back together. After 6 months I am totally healed and back to normal living. Can’t recommend him enoughx
