As soon as I met Dr. Jillard I felt more than at ease. She answered all of my questions and concerns and it made me feel so safe. She is very professional kind and compassionate. On the day of my surgery we needed to remove my entire thyroid due to cancer and I was very nervous. I’m only 22 years old an only child and only have my father alive with me. So during this time it’s very nerve wracking to go into a hospital and not have you someone by your side. But Dr. Jillard came to see me the morning of and helped soothe my worry. The surgery went perfect was able to go home the very next day and start recovery. As for the scar it is honestly very unnoticeable though still being fresh I know it will fade even more as time goes on. This was one of my worst fears but she did absolutely AMAZING on it. Dr. Jillard removed my right thyroid about a year ago . When I first met her I prejudged her She was beautiful and young and very professional. I felt she didn’t have a bedside manner… I was also wrong about that On my Post Op visit she was very warm and caring.. explained everything to me in a manner I could understand You did a beautiful job on my neck my scar is invisible because you cut in the wrinkle line already in my neck being 63.. I would recommend Dr.Jillard to everyone and not judge a book by its cover

While we had one slight little bump in the road on my first appointment I felt like that was a new hire issue and overlooked it and went back for the second appointment. I am so very glad that I did. I have never seen someone so committed to their patients. I am doing great and I highly recommend Dr. Jillard to any woman that has a breast cancer scare. If I could give TEN stars I would. She explained everything to me and I asked her well if I was your daughter what would you tell me to do? The look on her face was utter shock and she replied I would tell her to have the surgery and well it happened. The followup appointment was just as amazing. The scheduling staff... TEN STARS

I think highly of Dr. Jillard. I was worried 2 years ago that my breast surgery was going to leave me scarred. I didn’t share my fear with her bc cosmetics take a back seat to health. I figured scarring was just the hand I was going to be dealt. You can imagine my surprise when the needle mark from the biopsy was more visible than the incision and stitching. I noticed later on a poster that invisible scars are her specialty. Then late last year I began having more problems. I was told to return in 6 months to have further testing. I received my card to make an appointment last month but due to covid and the death of a parent I’ve been too busy to schedule the appointment. Maybe I’ve even been a little scared. Today I received a phone call from the imaging center at South Coast to schedule my MRI for next week. They already received approval from my insurance company and provided my out of pocket cost. I can’t remember a time in my adult life that a doctor’s office has ever been so proactive so far out from a recommendation. At this moment I feel valued and grateful to her team for not letting me fall or even crawl through the cracks.

She is a control freak.So much so that my 12 year old daughter picked up on it. No bedside manner what so ever. I believe she is to young and has a lot of growing to do in the medical field.I felt that her only concern was what she want to do with my Cancer not what I wanted as she knows better . I thought that maybe it was just me stressed about finding out I had cancer and gave it another chance with a second appointment. The second appointment was worse than the first.When people see Doctors they want to feel that they are being given the best care. With cancer they want a since of ease. She gave neither.

She is a Awesome Dr....She is very nice and Pleasant Beautiful person....She will be doing my surgery soon.......

Dr. Jillard is caring and serious about her patients health. She is a great asset to Savannah with up to date knowledge and experience. So glad she came here

Outstanding doctor and staff She has performed 2 surgeries on me. They went very cookbook with no problems and no pain meds required during recovery. She provides excellent guidance and clear answers to questions.
