At my visit I was seen by the PA Lizzie. I had two biopsies performed. This was the worst experience ever. You would think she would know how to numb an area. I could feel everything. She was so cavalier about it all. The office was loud and boisterous. It also took an extremely long time for me to be seen. If this is the best they have to offer Ill pass and see someone else in the future.

While the staff was wonderful Dr. Howingtons bedside manner after telling me I have a scalp condition that will result in irreversible permanent hair loss was beyond callous. I left her office devoid of hope. I will never ever return.

My basal cell was overlooked 2 years ago during a mole check with the doctor. I went back now for a biopsy since I noticed it was bleeding. They had the results for 6 days before they called my house and left a message to call them. Wouldnt return my call promptly so I called again and stopped by.Still no answer. When she finally called me back Laurie got very sassy with me telling me she had been too busy to call me back in a very rude way and would not tell me my results right away. She just wanted to tell me how busy her job is. I kept just saying OK can I just have my results? She said she would fax my file to the surgeon When I get time maybe the end of next week. The woman in the front office was nice and she helped me when I went there. It has been 11 days since they received the results and I just today got my file from them. Frustrating experience and not a good time to be treated so poorly.
