The best in the business! My mom and I have been his patients for multiple things since 2008. I was in the military and was stationed in various places throughout the United States, including New Orleans and Washington, DC, and I ALWAYS traveled back home to Savannah, GA to visit Dr. Most.

No matter how much weight I have lost in the past, my stomach would not go down. A friend of mine told me about Dr. Most so I went to see him. First observation, he knew exactly what was wrong with me, he advised me on what he could do and took care of it for me. During my post op appointment he gave me a run down of something he found while performing my surgery; let’s just say, he saved my life. I am very happy with my results. He is knowledgeable, friendly, relatable, and his bedside manners are A-1. Dr. Daniel Most is the best plastic/reconstructive surgeon in Savannah, hands down. He also, has the help of a wound care specialist by his side. I am so thankful to have someone like him right here in Savannah.

About four years ago, I had lesions and abscesses under both arms from stage IV hidradenitis suppurativa. I couldn’t raise my arms at all and was really sick. I went to several doctors in Atlanta and Savannah and no doctor could help me. Thankfully my sister found Dr. Most and I’m forever grateful to him. He saved my life. Out of all the surgeons and doctors I visited, he was the most knowledgeable about my condition and compassionate and caring. In total he did 3 operations to help with my hidradenitis suppurativa condition all within a span of 3 months. He’s a very skilled surgeon and very nice and compassionate. I’m still here four years later because he was able to do what no other surgeon could.

I had my eyes done and they look AWFUL! I think he did this on purpose cause he wanted to do a brow lift and I told him the morning of surgery that I just wanted my eyes done. I would never let this quack touch me ever again!

My son was injured at 2 1/2 years old, in 2006, when a lawnmower ran over his arm. Through extensive reconstructive surgery, Dr. Most helped save my son’s arm. My son is now 17 and just signed to play college baseball. Dr. Most will always hold a special place in our heart and we couldn’t be more grateful.
