I will never know if Dr. Hansel is a good doctor or not. I called for an appt. and was told I would be called back to schedule this appt. because the scheduler was having issues at that time. It’s now over a week and no phone call. Went on apneaboard.com and learned how to adjust my crap machine myself.

Hes treats my apnea and hes a great Dr.

Nice people at the desk. BUT Doctors are a JOKE Rude with outrageous egos DONT care about your health problems.

I love my doctor Dr. Robert Remler and his staff especially Kris. I have always gotten excellent care and have come to depend on it. Been going to SouthCoast since its institution. No plans to go anywhere else.

Dr.Thong has been my doctor for over 15yrs. he does a great job with helping me manage my sickle cell disease.He stays up on all the new treatments he explains to me why I should or shouldnt try them. So now hes our family physician we love him

Dr Novak is great staff too imagining desk are very awesome but techs need to learn bed side manners and i do not like Rosenfalt he is just rude But over all im happy with my primary and imagining and front staff at Dr novak and his nurse now lab really needs to learn to move quicker and smile and not be so judgemental.

My experience with each office is pleasant. I have the best smiles at my allergy doctor. I get a shot weekly and it cheers me up to go in the office to get a shot and the ladies are all so warm and sweet.

If I could give this a zero rating I would. VERY long story short they refused to believe the dr I saw was in network even when my insurance company told them so the dr I saw pretty much dismissed me waited two hours for a ten minute visit and I was told to come back when my symptoms were worseoff they first did not submit a claim to my insurance but sent me a bill in the mail directly stating weve billed your insurance...this is what you owe $280 then they sent TWO claims to my insurance with a completely different drs name on it. Someone Id never met or heard of...and that dr is completely out of network. Their explanation oh we cant bill your insurance for the Dr you saw because she isnt fully credentialed and so we are supposed to bill under a different dr Huh? Is that legal? I was never told this information when I called a week prior to my appointment when I asked for specifics on how they do their billing. My insurance rep had to get on the phone with a person there in billing to tell them to put my doctors name on the claim form That my dr is in network and her name has to be on the form. After receiving permission from a manager yes apparently they needed permission to put the name of the dr I saw on the claima third claim was sent in for the SAME ten minute visit. This went on for weeks after my appointment. Ive tried contacting the news a couple state agencies and even attempted to contact the Admin at Southcoast to get answers for the inconsistencies encountered. No reply. I asked for a managers name there more than once and nobody would tell me. At all. Ridiculous. I will never ever go there ever again.My bill did eventually get sorted out without any help from them.

SouthCoast has served my family from the day they opened this facility. Dr Geffen and his staff Pat Michelle are the best I know they have my familys best interest at heart. I have never experienced an ego incompetence or lack of professionalism from this staff. They are friendly and assures us excellent care. I would not trust my family health with any other providers.
