List of E. Broad Street's Reviews
Clean and very professional. They allow walk-ins and truly provide excellent care for those with and without insurance.
The best clinic ever!
Best testing experience in Savannah. Even though we had a somewhat long wait, the staff made sure to keep us informed about our status. Our information and payment were taken promptly and well explained. All the nurses were extremely nice and kept everyone in good spirits. I highly recommend this location to anyone trying to get covid tested and needing same day results.I do advise be patient and polite to the staff, they are doing their very best to get everyone seen. Wait will be long anywhere you go, But this place is by far the most organized, efficient and best customer service I’ve received in Savannah.Thank you ladies for your hard work and dedication!
Doctors are very professional and friendly
This is a place that us suppose to help people who are sick. Yet it is a place for judgemental people who look down on those who they feel can't pay.
Wait time is extremely long. The staff totally forgets about you. They see to many patients an don't remember who they seen by name nor face. Highly don't recommend this place for anyone.
Great place, excellent staffers!
Every single time I come to this place I get treated so terrible, front desk workers are rude and not helpful whatsoever. The doctors could care less and your problems and definitely do not listen.I’ve been here multiple times and every time it never fails.
This place is awful. But when you're poor and homeless or don't have health insurance, this is one of the only places available in the entire Savannah area, which is disappointing. The doctors don't listen to your problems. In 2020 they misdiagnosed me with bronchitis without actually evaluating me (I found out later I had COVID, the doctor looked at me and said "you have bronchitis. yep! you can go.") My doctor basically told me to stop eating anything with sodium in it and to stop eating as much (I have an eating disorder and I eat upwards of twice every 4 days or less) since I'm overweight--and the weight problems are caused by thyroid issues. They refused to help me with my thyroid. The people at the front desk are cold and mean. The psychiatrist on premises continuously cancelled our appointments day of or didn't even let me know that they were gone, I'd go in months after waiting for my appointment because of how booked they are and get looked at funny by the front desk only to be told that the psych wasn't in that day. 3 months of waiting to get my meds refilled only to not get them filled at all. Because the psych took so long I was no longer eligible to see them after that and I'd have to reapply. The dentists are nice, but they provide 0 aftercare and don't let you know any steps of how to take care of extraction sites if you get a tooth pulled asides from a vague piece of paper, and using the internet to find specific questions I have that they didn't answer has been impossible.I'm sure the other locations are better, but this one is horrible and I'd steer clear if I were you.
Really need to repair parking lot. Potholes are everywhere. Damage to suspension, body damage highly possible! Parking lot flooding occurs during heavy rains. Park at your own risk!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
