Great job today at my moms visit. Thanks Yesenia
The staff at Memorial hospital saved my life more than once. They are hard working individuals compassionate and professional. Memorial is the ONLY hospital I will go to especially after a horrible experience I had at Candler hospital. Keep up the great work yall do there
I received great care as an emergency room patient at Memorial fromapproximately 115 am until approximately 1030 am October 29th. I wasin distress due to a bad reaction from a pain medication that causeda fecal impaction. When I was discharged I was able to function normally at home by early afternoon and have had no problems since. The treatment team worked hard to help me and their kindness along with theirgreat care is greatly appreciated.
Great experience during a pretty scary time. ER Service was fast friendly and compassionate. Attending doc was super nice very understandable and human so no piety and nonsense ego many doctors sadly have. I am Very grateful for his excellent and humble bed side manner I will definitely go there for any other emergency.Sadly I have experienced the opposite in other hospitals including the much touted and renound Mayo Clinic whose specialist was horrible in his everything and who made no apologies for it.
Nice and professional people. I definitely recommend them.
Always received great care.
Horrible service. Went in for a mammogram and after I got registered I was told to sit back in the waiting room. It took forever for them to call me back. They said they was calling me in the back when no one answered they just went to the next person. About 20 minutes later some one finally comes to the waiting room and call my name. The employee apologized and said they was looking for me in the back. I said ok and let it go. So I changed and now I’m sitting in other room waiting for them to come get me for the mammogram. I wait and wait then 20 minutes later the employee walk pass my door and says “ Oh we forget about Mrs. Robinson. “ Needless to say I lost it. I have never went to have a mammogram done and been there for more than 30 minutes. I will never go there again. Instead of them trying to get me out of there after they forgot about me twice they felt the need to explain to me for 5 minutes what happened. I didn’t want to hear it. One star is to much.
Very nice and polite staff. I so love they take their time and actually cared for me while I was there. I also thank them for takin veryyyyyy good care for my bby while she was in nicu. They loved all over her so much and got her home to me in no time.
Tired of being hung up on while waiting for nurse to answer so I can check on my father who is struggling post neuro surgery....
Very good hospital. I had one nurse there who took really great care of me. She was amazing sweet reassuring and one of the best nurses I’ve ever had. I think she is what being a nurse is all about.. being empathetic patient caring and understanding. I can’t remember her name.. but it was in the ER unit late on Saturday October 23rd. She had long black hair and some tattoos on her arm. I think she deserves all the recognition because God was really looking out for me when she was my nurse.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
