I would like to praise and thank God, my almighty Father, and Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior, and Dr. Jay Howington for a remarkably successful surgery for a wide-necked, right middle cerebral artery aneurysm. Dr. Howington performed one diagnostic procedure (cerebral angiogram), followed one week later by the brain surgery. His calm, confident, humorous personality had a calming effect on me. His caring professionalism and competency, and that of his office staff, especially Raymond, in addition to his highly-skilled and caring staff in the O.R. was very comforting. Both procedures were performed at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA. The staff there were dedicated, highly-skilled professionals. To a man/woman, they spared no effort to keep me informed and calm. This operation was a #10 on the scary spectrum, but even on my way to the OR, Dr.Howington's staff pulled out all the stops to keep me calm & inspired confidence that an excellent result would be achieved, which was GREATLY appreciated. If you ever have to have this surgery, in addition to being prayerful, make certain you have Dr. Howington at your side. Thank you, Dr. Howington, for saving my life, and giving me a hopeful future.

It’s a scary thing to have to go see a Neuro surgeon but I feel like I got the best there is. Makes you feel comfortable and explains everything that is going on. Raymond is also the best. Everyone in the office makes you feel at ease.

My experience was GREAT. This was my first visit and I deal with fear when it comes to doctors but he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. We actually talked, laughed, and had a awesome time.

This was my first time appointment with Dr. Howington. It was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Howington and his assistant was very polite and courteous. Mr. Raymond the office administrator was also very polite and courteous.
