Dr. Palette is absolutely the best! I had Surgery with him and his team on Feb 27th 2023 and the results and follow up by his team has truly been amazing! He was totally honest and gave me guidance thru this whole journey and made me feel totally comfortable as confident. I tell people all the time do your research because in the end it makes a difference.

I am VERY happy with the surgery consultation, actual surgery, and results. I got an around the world tummy tuck with liposuction to abdomen, back, and flanks. Dr. Paletta is very informative and knowledgeable. He is very patient and caring. He provides a thorough consultation to ensure you receive your desired results. The process and surgery is a life changing experience for me. I am so happy and thankful for the services, support, and follow-up care I received from Dr. Paletta. Editing to add: I’m 4 months post op now and am loving my results. Dr. Paletta will be my go-to doctor if I ever decide to have plastic surgery of any kind again. I cannot recommend him enough. Dr. Paletta and his staff took such good care of me. My surgery was scheduled and completed in more than a timely manner and at only eight days post-op, I am more than pleased with my results. Dr. Paletta will be the only plastic surgeon I see from here on out if need be. The entire staff made this nerve-wracking experience pleasant.

I have been dealing with dr palleta since July of 2021 and up until the beginning of February they are just now calling back to confirm my plastic surgery. When first sending my approval off to insurance to see if my surgery would be approve dr palleta forgot to send the correct documents which made me wait even longer. When talking to him in person he seemed kinda of arrogant and rude along with one of his nurses who hung up in my face after being rude! Out of all the doctors I've been to in my life which has been plenty I would say he's probably the 2nd worse I've seen!!!

Dr. Paletta was absolutely wonderful. His staff was always friendly and helpful. I had breast implants put in 30 years ago by another doctor. I never had a problem with them until they ruptured this year. I wasn't aware of the left one until the right one ruptured. It was worse, causing some pain. My GP sent me to Dr. Paletta! He was always kind, gentle and respected me at all times. If I ever again need a plastic surgeon or someone asked me for a reference, Dr. John Paletta is the one!!
