Dr Horn was easy to talk to and my appointment was not rushed at all. He genuinely cared about my pain. He ordered a couple tests that should pinpoint exactly where the problem is. Great friendly staff as well. Wait time wasn’t too bad. Wish I had made an appointment sooner.

My pain management doctor sent a referral to Dr Horn’s office about 2 months ago so I waited a week and a half with NO call to me to set an appointment. So I called Horns office to check and they said they never got the referral so I got the correct fax and had them send it again with confirmation that they got it and they did. A week later and still NO call! I called Horns office again and they said they would get back to me. Three weeks ago I had TKR and still haven’t heard from them so I called them again and the lady was n referrals and she confirmed that the lady in Dr Horns office did in-fact receive it but has done nothing else with it! This makes me feel that Dr Horn’s office CAN NOT be trusted and I will make sure that my pain management doctor knows to not refer anyone else! Have a good day, Terry

Doctor. Horn Louis G . He and his staff are Exelent. As a Neurosurgeon he is amazing. He got me walking. For me is a miracle. God Bless him 🙏 and his assistance.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dr Horn was thorough and kind. He agreed with me that I should go with a procedure my pain specialist introduced me to and said that surgery probably would not help my situation. I appreciated his helpfulness and candor. Great Team!

The experience with Dr. Horn was completely satisfactory. He had his act together. He had anticipated all of the pre operations things that I needed to do to prepare for my implant surgery. The wait time was shorts. His staff was well trained to meet my needs. I give him and his office my highest ranking.

He seemed competent. It was my first meeting. He doesn’t present himself as a warm and fuzzy guy. Oddly, at no point did he even acknowledge my wife, sitting next to me as we talked. She thought he was rude. I don’t care if he doesn’t have a great bedside manner. If he can help me, I’m good.
