Seriously an amazing hospital They ran every test they possibly could on my son. All the staff was great. Definitely will be coming back

The staff is great but the food they servers was cold always he may have been a child but cold food is not very appetizing especially French fries I was very disappointed if a parent wants a hot meal got to go to the main hospital this is far from being a great place lots of changes need to be addressed

As a mom of a 17 year old type 1 I was extremely nervous sending my daughter off to college. After a danger close DKA yesterday morning the staff at the hospital attended to her immediately as her roommates gave required information needed. A moms worst fears were squashed immediately after talking to the staff over the phone and hearing the proper protocols were in place to care for her. I want to personally thank the ER staff as well as Dr. Bossak and his team for taking amazing care of my daughter. I was unable to travel to her due to my own health and was put at ease by the wonderful care she received. She turns 18 soon and I pray the staff at the other hospitals are as well trained in type 1 as the pediatric team caring for her here. Thank you all for your dedication to providing the best care for her.

I sat and watched a 2 year old die. This hospital wanted him pulled off the ventilator and the horrible things i saw ill never be able to get out my head. Instead of saving his life no matter what they talked his mother into removing him he suffered almost smothered screaming for air. They finally gave him oxygen. Despite the grandmother pleading for his life no one cared because she had no rights. Hes gone and there are so msny unanswered questions. They dont care all they want is your childs organs

the OBGYN needs to be a little more compassionate to patients that dont have stable child care and allow their kids to come with them to appointments. we are in a rocky place when military members are deployed and the wife cant get the care they need

Dont even think twice about calling the place its an automated phone system and it doesnt matter what number you mash nobody answers the phone plus when you go to get seen they just want you in and out. They they didnt run test or Anything on my son until I went back a day later And demanded answers

If we could give less than star I would. Been in here last month for same issue with son and now back for same thing and still refusing to give tests that his own doctor referred and me asking multiple times for it and they refuse to do so and try to do a solution that we have done for past 4 months.. never will refer any one to this hospital for a sick child or issues with their child.

This is the best children’s hospital we have ever been to. The staff from the front desk to the nurses and doctors are all top notch We took our baby in today and they did everything right. We weren’t there a crazy amount of time they even have someone that comes in and their whole job is to console and care for the children so that they aren’t upset. We got great care and now our baby is feeling much better. Clean rooms and I cannot stress this enough GREAT staff who knows their stuff and listens to the parents.
