List of Meadows Regional Medical Center's Reviews
I never would have though I would one day write a review of a hospital… but the service here is worth it. I had an outpatient surgery recently and had the best hospital experience yet. Special thanks to Angio department and Nurse PJ!
the people are extremely nice and concerned they make you feel comfortable.
Everyone was so helpful and nice. At different stages of my vistprocedure employees gave exemplary instructions and were so helpful. Everyone was pleasant and courteous I am a healthcare professional and I was impressed
What was GREAT. All staff were courteous and attentive. Testing and results were rapid. What was CONCERNING. Many patients including myself parked in the halls discussing medical info within earshot of other patients. What was NOT GREAT. My release was almost dismissive. Diagnosis discussed with me by nurse was not what was on the paperwork I left with.
We spent a long 10 days in Memorial. My husband had the best drs and phenomenal nurses. We would recommend Memorial 100%.
On the first visit as soon as I was being triaged the nurse spoke with lots of knowledge while I was telling her my issues which instantly made me feel comfortable. She assured me that I would answers before I left and her sincere concern almost made me tear up. On my second visit the Dr on duty made me feel completely confident about coming home and not having any more episodes and I havent
I was there for a surgery and I felt that the after care wasn’t as good as it should have been. For starters I was in a lot of pain after my surgery and it took the nurses multiple hours to prescribe any kind of pain medicine. Not only that but they didn’t time my medicine correctly and it delayed my pain medicine to the point where I couldn’t move properly without blinding back pain. In addition to the medicine my dinner was forgotten one night and it wasn’t until I asked one of my nurses for something to drink that they realized I had been skipped. The nurse did correct that though and brought me something herself. During the same shift as the pain medicine fiasco I also had issues getting help when hitting the call button. I had to call multiple times and spoke through the speaker to three different people before getting help. That was the only shift I had that problem though. The rest of the shifts went smoothly after the operation and anytime I needed help someone was there within a minute. Majority of my stay was good my doctor who did my surgery was great the atmosphere before surgery was calming and I never had a worry. It was only the first shift of nurses during and right after my recovery that I had multiple problems with.
Efficient professional proficient. Bravo Zulu to the care providers at Memorial.
I had excellent service and care at Memorial Health. Every person I came in contact with was friendly pleasant to deal with and very helpful. My doctors were the best from their bedside manner to their surgical skills. I would highly recommend Memorial Health.
At every step of the way thru my surgical visit I was treated well with respect and caring.Thank you to each level of the Day Surgical program.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
