I only have Medicaid for insurance. A lot of urgent care places give me a hard time about it. But coincidentally the doctor that was working there tonight was a doctor that accepted Medicaid. Not only that there was a wait so long it had reached 2 hours and they started turning it away walk ins. But when I explained my situation in the fact that it was hard for me to find a doctor that accepted Medicaid so I might not be able to be seen anywhere else they took me as the last walkin for the day instead of heartlessly sticking to protocol. So I was able to get seen. This was truly a blessing for me and so was the excellent customer service that the entire staff provided. Thank you guys for your hard work.

The staff was professional and friendly.The wait was a little longer than expected.The biggest surprise was that they did not ask in the paperwork or in the examination room who was my PCP primary care physician.However the notes were very inclusive and I can share them myself.

The staff at AppleCare are always so kind and efficient. Teyonka Wilson PAC is particularly fantastic. Everyone is reassuring helpful and so quick I really appreciate everyone there.
