Dr Mullins is most caring and kind doctor . His assistant is amazing and I love the entire practice . Worth the wait

This practice is a never ending nightmare! If you care about your loved ones, do not use this practice. From Dr. Mullins' lack of bedside manner and professionalism to the lack of empathy, care and accountability from Ms. Utley (his assistant) all the way to the complete chaos of a process because they cannot maintain a good staff. Dr. Mullins is cold, condescending, dismissive and defensive when asked questions that he should be happy to address. He is disconnected from the needs of his patients.

The rudest pulmonologist I have ever met. I asked him to compare chest CTs since I have new nodules, and he literally said no. It’s a simple thing to do and he wouldn’t. Also, had a sleep study, and they said I was fine. Then I looked online with the report and it said mild sleep apnea with recommendations of PAP or mouth guard. I’m being very specific here because I’m really disappointed with his approach and lack of empathy. The only sweet face at that place is Allie and some blonde lady that works the front desk. Thanks Allie for being patient with me and your kindness.

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR! This doctor (and I use the term loosely) is RUDE, CONDESCENDING, and VERY UNEMPATHIC! I attended my husband's visit to see Mullins. I was appalled at the way he was treated! Mullins walked in with an attitude and kept it throughout the appointment! Apparently he missed class the day they taught the Hippocratic Oath! FIRST DO NO HARM!

Dr Mullins and his staff was very rude and unprofessional. He did not take the time to explain what my test results meant, and when I asked question he caught a attitude and walked out. I will not recommend him or his staff.

Excellent Staff wonderful experience. He was running late from surgery. He actually came to the waiting area and apologized for being late.

I never leave reviews unless it's really warranted. I feel like the persons who have left negative reviews must be folks who are never pleased with anything or anyone. Yes, sometimes the wait to see Dr Mullins or PA is long. However, this is because the practice is very busy and the appointments may run over because both Dr Mullins and his PA try to answer all patient's questions and get the patient on the correct medicine. I have recommended Dr. Mullins at least 7 times in the 3.5 years I have lived in South Carolina. I have not recommended my internist, dentist, ENT or any other doctor I have seen.
