I am under the care of the Mayo Clinic and due to my widespread AVN, I was told not to take any steroids. Dr. Bosch decided today to give me an injection in my back with steroids without my consent. He has done injections numerous times without using steroids in the past (I have been a patient here for 6 years). After confronting him about why he did this, he basically told me it was safe. I told him that Mayo said that I couldn't have steroids. He said he didn't care what Mayo said and basically said his authority superceded any Dr. that I was currently under. I have been under Mayos care for 15 years and they have my complete, extensive medical history where Bosch does not. Dr. Bosch has a huge ego and a God complex. He has put my health in jeopardy. If you have extensive medical issues...STAY AWAY!
Ten years ago, Dr Bosch truly cared about his patients. He personally met with each patient in a timely manner and went over their medical history and discussed any new concerns in detail. It was always a pleasure to see him. Then, about five years ago he opened his own surgical clinic and lost sight of what made him a great physician. Money became the driving factor behind his practice. Today, he pushes unnecessary epidural steroid and facet block/joint injections and experimental trials in an effort to generate revenue. If you don't agree to participate in these programs he reduces your pain medication and then eventually drops you as a patient. To make things worse, he has managed to hire the rudest and most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Wait times can easily exceed 3 hours past your scheduled appointment time. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible from the Southeast Spine Care & Pain Management center.

My experience with doctors that can help with pain goes back 45 years. That's a fair amount of time to evaluate doctors that deal with people that have pain! He's up front about drug use, he will give urine test and advise you. He is very good in helping you, if you want to get back in life!James R. Evans (Randy). 06/7/2021
my 70yr old mother was a patient of dr. bosch for over 6 years with no issues. She recently had an appointment at 8:45 (first one of the day) dr. bosch didnt even show up to his office until 10:15 then kept her waiting for another 30 mins, more than 2 hours total wait time.... when the dr. could finally be bothered to do his job he asked how she was doing and she mentioned she was a little frustrated with the wait time as sitting for prolonged periods causes her pain( the dr. knows this obviously) he went off on her yelling at her and saying she was lucky he was treating her, that she was a charity case and he was preforming a community service by even treating her because she is on medicare, he continued to hammer on her about it telling her she could leave if she didnt like it, which she did. This guy is an abominable piece of trash and i would highly discourage any decent person from visiting this practice. What kind of doctor yells at a 70 year old woman?
If I could give Dr. Bosch a zero I would. My father has been a patient of his for a while now but the kind of disrespect he has shown towards my father does not sit right with me. This man wanted to give my father an injection knowing my father is not good with needles.. he gave him a pill that would calm him down which it did not. He still proceeded to give him two more shots. After my father verbally said he couldn’t take it anymore he called my father a “whimp and to put your big girl panties on.” Very unprofessional. I would not recommend to anyone.
Wish, I could give ZERO stars My! My husband has been a patient of Dr. Bosch for the last 6+ years after breaking his neck and becoming permanently disabled. Let me start by saying, my husband has never asked for an increase in meds, never tried getting more meds because he hates taking them. Dr. Bosh has even told my husband, he was "perfect patient." The last 3 years have been terrible (Ieven left a differentreview3 years ago). Nobody will listen, nobody's on the same page, they switch medications without even advising the patient (more than once), not one person in that office really cares about helping the patient. Dr. Bosch just gets a defensive attitude everytime you have a question or even worse if you don't like the care he's providing! We've even watched Dr. Bosch leave the office during my husband's appt. time and took his son to soccer practice, while, leaving us in the room waiting for 2+ hours!I started calling Dr. Bosch's office Friday morning after realizing, there was a problem at the pharmacy with one of my husband's prescriptions and they wouldn't have it until Tuesday. It's now, Saturday 1336 and nobody has done anything to help! Not even a phone call back after leaving several messages. My husband has always received a paper prescription. Well with Covid 19, hes been having Skpe appts and his scripts were electronically sent this past Thursday (first time they've ever sent them electronically, even though, we've asked during an emergencyand they said they couldn't send that type of medication electronically). Since, it was sent electronically, it cant just be transferred to another pharmacy. We literally just need them to send the script to a sister pharmacy of the one we usually use, that has it in stock and they refuse to even send him a message because he won't deal with prescriptions after hours, even though, I started calling Friday morning, during business hours and this has nothing to do with my husband mess up. To leave your patient of 6+ years in bed sick for days over something the patient had NO control over is NOT OK, especially on the day of their oldest child's high school graduation! That speaks volumes to me about the kind of doctor and person Dr. Bosch has become. I'm not sure what has happened during this time but Dr. Bosch went from being a good doctor with awesome office staff and highly recommended to not even being recommend to care for your pets! His reviews nowadays, say enough. If you're looking for someone to truly care and help you, find a different doctor! I definitely plan on finding a provider that cares for my husband!
Went years ago, he had me like a walking zombie, pushed meds big time!! Did multiple procedures that never helped....ALWAYS took 3 or 4 hours in office even if no procedure done, staff was horrible!
Dr Bosch is professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. Helped me to withdraw from opiods, manage my severe pain and set me up on healing course with his cutting edge treatment. I am a patent for 5 years and even after moving 6bhrs away
Dr. Bosch is unfortunately surrounded by an incompentent group of staff that are unresponsive, arrogent and unpleasant. Phone calls are not returned, requests for records disregarded. As for the Doctor he is pleasant and competent. However, his practice is a mess and I would not recommend it.

I have been seeing Dr. Bosh for a year or more. He is concerned and caring, answers all of my questions concerning recommended procedures. He has been able to manage my pain where other doctors have failed. He modestly says that he doesn't do anything other pain management doctors don't do, but from my perspective, he has worked wonders. I sincerely believe that he is one of the best doctors in the pain managment field. I wouldn't see anyone else.

Surely he does just want a piece of meat to practice on. without seeing an X-ray or mri he decided on a “procedure” that he wanted to do before seeing any imaging After telling him I had a bad experience with the procedure he wanted to do he informed me that most of his patients did fine with it. Well I didn’t do fine with it before. Why would he expect that I would do fine now? It nearly paralyzed me before. Should I give it another chance to paralyze me? Then he prescribed an nsaid after I told his staff that I had damaged my kidneys and could not take an nsaid. Don’t go here. Please if you care about your health. Don’t go here.
Let me share with you the details of my experiences with Dr. Bosch, Ortelio.First appointment with him didn't start off great at all. My appointment was for 0800 and Dr. Bosch did not come in the room until almost 1000, 2 hours after the appointment start time, keep in mind I was the first patient to walk into that office that day. He first started out talking about a procedure that sounded great, but after 20 minutes of explaining it informed me that it would have to be paid in cash due to insurances not covering it. After a little deliberation we agreed on a procedure to be completed on the next appointment. At that appointment he came in and chatted with me for approx. 3 or so minutes and after waiting my turn he did the procedure and I was on my way. I had a minor complication about an hour or so afterwards that made me call his office and was informed that he did not do the procedure we had discussed, but instead had done a different one without informing me.Next appointment we went onto medication to try and manage the pain. I will say this, Kim Kinder, NP-C was a pleasure to be seen by. She was on time and generally seemed compassionate about you and your case. After going over the medication I had taken in the past, we agreed upon a new medication to try.Unfortunately that medication did not work and on the next visit she went and talked to Dr. Bosch to change it. The tech came back in and handed me the prescriptions to which I had replied that I had taken this medication in the past and it did not help me at all, that I had taken it at 2 different times, and it did not help. Also informed them that this medication was gone over with Kim Kinder, NP-C on the last appointment and is why we didn't start with this medication at the last appointment. The tech stated ok and went to talk to Dr. Bosch to see what could be done. She came back 2 minutes later and stated that Dr. Bosch, Ortelio stated, " It's either this or nothing." To which I replied, "Why am I going to pay and take something that doesn't work." She shrugged like I was supposed to take it and go on about my way but instead I then handed the prescriptions back to the tech and requested a Discharge paper releasing me from this Doctor. I then left. After leaving I called the Office Manager and explained everything that happened to inform them of some of the bad situations I experienced as a patient. Simply put I was told "uh huh, yea, ok” about every second or two, while speaking, giving me the impression that she just wanted me to stop talking and get off the phone. Almost like she had heard this all before on a daily basis or quite often.I will warn anyone and everyone to not go here but this is just my experience and I hope not everyone's is the same. I hope this helps you in your decision on whether or not this "Doctor" is for you.

If you value your health do not go to this Physician
If there was an option for 0 stars, I would choose it. My wife and I are both medical providers, and we sought out a physician that could help in managing chronic back pain. We have both had surgeries with neurosurgeons, and wanted a plan with more long term pain management. Both of us have been disrespected by office staff, and by the physician himself. He performed procedures that were not discussed, and provided no follow up or counseling, just more procedures. He is very rude and is insulted when questions are asked. He expects a piece of meat to practice on. I wholeheartedly encourage patients to seek alternate care.
I have always had excellent care & consideration from Dr. Bosch in the 2 years that I have gone to him. I have never witnessed a disorganized office. The wait to see him can stretch longer than I’d like sometimes. Otherwise, no complaint. Dr. Bosch has always been concerned about my spinal pain and has tried to figure out how to ease it. After 2 extensive spine surgeries, I met w/ Dr. Bosch for the 1st time. I had PRP Therapy in my SI joints and it worked beautifully. Yes, it is expensive. But, the care & professionalism of Dr. Bosch & his team, as well as the immaculate surgical center eased that for me. A few months after my 2nd PRP Therapy, I had a terrible time walking; felt like I had on cement shoes. Going up stairs was almost impossible. But, no pain. After seeing a neurologist to no avail, Dr. Bosch sent me for MRI’s. Then he sent me to my surgeon because I had a compressed spinal cord and would be in wheelchair if I didn’ have surgery ASAP. Dr. Bosch saved me.
